It sounds to me like a tapping pattern on the B strings. If you're in E standard, left hand index finger is on the sixth fret and your pinky or ring finger is tapping on the ninth fret. While that's happening, your right hand taps 13, then up to 14, then down to 11, then back to 13 and hold the note out and slide down after tapping a few times.
