I been cooking about 2yrs now on the Brazos and i really been considering buying another smoker. man to see that Biscuit test man you just don't know what this video has done for me. Thanks man ordering one now😊
These actually work a whole lot better in the Brazos and G2 because of the thickness that they are everything becomes so much more uniform and even and a much more pleasant cooking experience
This newer model differentiates from the version one by providing a much better even temperature across the Cook chamber while also basically eliminating the hotspot altogether over near the firebox and allowing about 90% of the heat to go up and over the food In the older model, if you put food really close to the end of the grill grate, some people complained that it still was too hot right there so I readjusted the design and answered some requests from people that didn’t like the v 1
Please by all means do not take offense to what I’m about to say. I have worked extremely hard with many long hours on the design of this upward deflector plate, with countless weeks and months of testing to get to the point in this video on how well it performs. With that being said, I one hundred percent believe there is no reason for me to just handover the sizing or dimensions of something I worked so hard on. The fact of it being a patent pending product by me alone completely Disregards the idea of sharing anything of the sort that has to do with dimensions or sizes of anything on it. There is already big guys in the barbecue community who have copycat the design that I have to deal with, and I don’t want to add to my plate with Providing things like you asked for and then somebody sees it and they start mass producing it and then then I have to deal with them. Hope you understand thanks.
