*Technically* NIC stands for Network Interface Controller. Granted, most of them *are* cards, but they can also include virtual network adapters or ICs with network controllers that aren't necessarily a card.
Press WIN key on keyboard (key with flags near left ctrl) and Pause key. That opens Control Panal System page where you can click Device manager too :) Useful.
I think it's a picture from google, but he didn't say that was the card, he simply said it plugs in there. It plugs into a pci slot, similar to a graphics card
Laptops and network routers sometimes still have physically removable card (mini PCI-e) and some kind of antennas, even if they're concealed, connected via a thin coaxial cable to the card. The antennas run along the edge of the laptop screen or the case of the wireless router.
If you mean the most popular video on a particular channel, its under Browse Videos, then there is a drop down menu that is called View, set that to Most Popular.
You are wrong. Most motherboards support up to 32gb memory, a few high ends support 64, 128 and 256 gb of DDR3 memory. Only the cheapest motherboards support 16 gb.
1:35, that actualy isn't correct. Thats a GPU sitting in a pci-express slot if see it correctly. Usualy the pci slot (the one the NIC goes into) is below that.
Look for the Print Screen key on your keyboard, which might be labeled PrtScn, you simply need to press that key, and then paste it at Word, PowerPoint or whatever.
You said you wanted to show us something really cool, then you showed us that desktop wallpaper! Very cool indeed. ;)

Nice desktop wallpaper dude ;)
I wanna know how a NIC is made of though like what components allows it to be authorized by a network.
C in NIC actually stands for controller (doesn't have to be a card)
I have bunch of network adapters
what do I do??? Bluetooth etc etc....
Thank's For yur BEst videos..!!!!

oh, hi bucky! Nic vid
Nice information
Nice desktop background!
excuse me mate... what screen recorder are you using for your Win, and what would you use for Ubuntu?
Guild Wars 2 user...nice 🤫
Nice wallpaper buddy ;)
device manager does not show network adapters. what could be the problem? driver or faulty lan card?
Why did the card in your computer look like a video card with a power source and a heat sink?
do you have to have one? if you buy a gaming motherboard will it come with one?
+fallenempireoverdrve Well most likely if you building a pc it comes with your motherboard
you are awesome
Not for everyone. For reasons only RUclips knows, they decided to not give everyone the new interface at the same time.
That is correct, you have an onboard ethernet chip on your motherboard.
Thank you so much sir
this guy sounds familiar. is it bucky?
Just type 'device manager', you don't need type 'devmgmt.msc
+Louis Pecci it does not work with - device manager
+Louis Pecci it does not work with - device manager
Sound plays for commercial but no sound in video???
I have the exact same NIC as Bucky! :3
I have same NIC on my old desktop. Why is that there is space for a chip on the top left on the card at 0:25 (Atleast it looks like there is space)??
So whats the difference between a NIC and on board ethernet controller on your motherboard?
nice video i like it
that wallpaper :P
My computer cant connect to the internet it needs a network adapter USB. Why is that needed? Whatdoes it do?
I like your background
Where would that wifi card even plug into a PC desktop? Is that a Mac or laptop wifi card? The PCI slot insert looks weird.
why do you buy a network interface card from a pron shop?
Does this increase bandwidth speed if I have more than one Ethernet plug?
can I connect to two networks if I have two NICs? It would be important, as I have two internet providers, cause one comes free for the TV..
Thank youuu
good vid thanks
