Most manufacturers use a "Qualified Vendor List" (QVL for short). If Alcatel OS 6560 is not on the QVL then tech support cannot assist you. Otherwise if Alcatel OS 6560 is on the QVL, you can raise a tech support ticket to investigate the issue. Another thing to pay attention to is the firmware version of the ConnectX 6-Lx card. I have run into issues before in the past where auto-negotiation broke which was due to the firmware version. Once I downgraded to a previously working version (22.36.1010 in my case), auto-negotiation worked again. Hope it helps.
