I went here In August and usually make a stop here every year on the way back home from holiday (Weymouth) and it TRULY IS a NIGHTMARE. My 18 ur old - (that's OCD is proper triggered in this place from just walking through the doors it's THAT BAD) I would never stay at THAT travel lodge. The best thing about that service stations is the toilets. Lol. The Burger King and Costa there is absolutely terrible. They're even sitting on the same table I sat at with my 3 kids and partner. The loos have a weird lock on you press with YOUR FOOT not your hand. The whole place is a MESS. I've never seen it clean. Ever. I never knew it was the worst service station in the UK but I totally agree and understand it 😂😂 PARKING IN THAT PLACE? HELL TOO!!!! If you can avoid going here, DO. With 3 kids with me that need to loo a LOT... Its impossible for us not to stop here. Its low like a family ritual going there. Like, part of the trip home. Plus its our half way point to actually getting home.. It's the weirdest looking set up for a service station too. We all know Welcome breaks are the best service stations. 😂😂

Omg no joke we stopped here on our way home and it was awful i thought it was just us we said never again there was a warden telling us where to park im disabled and they put us top of multi story and those stairs were hell. We used loo and got greggs and got out. The services inside was crammed
AHHH!!!! OMG!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE. I SWEAR. Its really not good. If you go into the bathrooms they are never clear the bottom of the toilets always have pee on them and the soap doesn't work. The staff weren't great at all. I went to a cubicle in the toilet and the toilet was filled with crap I went and complained and they didn't do anything about it. I didnt go to the burger king as I wasnt hungry but my friend ate there and was really really ill after.
