You're actually correct about the sync. It is a different performance that whoever uploaded the original Monsters of Rock video did for whatever reason. King is 67 years old and yet in my opinion his voice sounds better than it did in the 80s.

The footage is from a 96 show at Monsters of Rock, but the sound is from the deadly lullabyes which is a 2004 show
