Actually, at the 41 to 43 point, y'all were just a bit short of the Engineer summit, it was just a half mile or so 'round the hilltop. Where you ended up was the "Oh Point" lookout, probably named by folks who said 'oh what a nice bunch of views'. These full length vids are something I could watch all day, looking forward to the others in your series, others have too many edits for those of us who want to recapture our own rides on these roads.
Yo Mr tele Rover. 2 questions! 1. What tires do u have on the enduro 2. Did u lower the bike or u don't might its height? If u did.. how much and what methods u used?
Sam D'Cruz Sam, Thamks for taking the time to watch the video. The stock tires on my KTM 500XC-W are Dunlop Geomax MX51s. I did NOT lower the bike. I am 6'2".
Tele Rover no worries, i like ur videos. cool bike, just cant afford here in thailand since its $10k more expensive due to taxes... how much did u lower it?
Sam D'Cruz OK, Sam, the KTM 690R Enduro ABS in the USA come with Pirelli Rallye Cross MT-21 knobbies. The EU versions have a more street tread. We'd like to visit Thailand in the next few years. I may be riding the 690R in Ouray this year (depending if Ron come out), otherwise the 500 is my choice.
Tele Rover hey tele. ok cheers. the enduro 690r comes in thailand with the metzeler enduro sahara 3 (which i just got the back one for my dtracker 300). i wacked on a 19 inch front wheel and have the dunlop k460 on the front. if you come out here, would be cool to ride with u, can show u some of the awesome on and offroad stuff in the north
Reminds me of days living in Durango and riding my XL500 in the 1980's
great fun out there!

Cool ride, but watching that will make you dizzy!
Great vids. Glad you kept the cameras rolling. I am using all of your Alpine Loop vids for my alpine loop bike trip next month.
