I would like to be able to add a personalized thumbnail to my livestream before I go live. Is this possible?? I saw an old tutorial where this was possible in the past but it looks like I either missed something or that feature was removed???
I like stream yard , i have used it for live streaming to linked in. I am comparing on air with zoom webinar, is there any way to keep chat open between viewer and presenter so that to prevent viewer from viewing other viewers chats (something we have in zoom). Viewer should be able to chat with presenter only and presenter should be able to chat with all viewers like sharing a link with with etc as well as responding to individual viewer. At least is there ability to open and close chats in between meeting to prevent users from typing chat but when presenter wants to share any message he/she can put it in chat and disable public chat between presentation. Thank you.
@@StreamYard Thanks for response , i figured out that chat can be enabled and disabled in between stream from on air setting but when live chat is off, it completely disappears from screen. It should stay visible but in disabled mode so that presenter can share link and disable live chat and viewer will stil be able to click on the link or copy it. Thanks.

You would have to switch to private and comments right now, but we will pass this suggestion to our developers.

Our designer did the pink background, then uploaded it into the studio, and I used the cropped background to be seen during the stream. - Julie 🦆
