As a professional carpenter and amateur welder, I can appreciate watching a craftsman in action. Old school fabrication. No CNC machine, no automated welding, just hand made products using skill. Well done Allen! There are too few of us craftsmen who take pride in our work left.
I can't wait for my smoker to be be done. I love watching the craftsmanship that goes into each and every item you make. And congratulations on the new shop.
Allen you are a genius. The thing that is most obvious is that every movement that you make, makes money (no wasted steps). I have worked with Men like you who never seem to stumble at any part of a job. Experience as you have really makes it look easy... until someone tries it. Perfectly well done! Great video as always Thanks very much Donnie
Keep up the good work brother!! I’ve been watching your videos a while and I loved watching progress with these. Every new video it seems like the smoker or grill you are working onhas something new and improved added or changed or is something completely new and more badass. Thanks for the videos!
Allen glad to see you are still doing it right enjoying my 24 inch vertical I got from you the more I cook on it the better it gets keep up the good work money well spent
I wish I lived closer to you, I bought a 150gal propane tank and want to build a stick burner, I'm not very good at welding but I've been watching your videos and I'm sure you can do it! Why not make one to give some ideas for me. Thanks Allen!
Hey Allen, would it be possible for you to do a breakdown video of how you charge for your grills? With the cost of material, I don’t know how you charge what you do for these beautiful grills. I recently got into grill building, and I have to charge way more to make a decent profit. If you read this, thanks!
Dude you’re not joking. I got a quote for steel to make a guy a Santa Maria grill and the material alone is $876. With my labor, it’ll come out to $1600. 🤯

Whoever thumbs down Allen's videos should try making this stuff themselves.
no shit !
Whoever thumbs down is a disgruntled angry vegan
Probably either. Just a disgruntled competitor.
They're egotistical, know-it-alls who truly suck to work with on a crew.
