- The most unlikely little urban creek instantly became the greatest one I have ever fished! It's unbelievable how many quality fish are stacked up in here. It took me a little bit to figure out why, but after a little bit of exploring it all became very clear as to why this spot was so special! Follow along to see all of the non stop fishing action! Those creek chubs a GREAT cut bait for catfish!
When we were kids, my brother and I would wade the creek on my Paw Paws property and catch a big mess of rock bass. One time he was with us and I caught a small one and throwed it back and he said what are you doing, if its big enough to bite a hook then its big enough to cook,, LOL!!!
This video brings back a lot of great memories. My absolutely most favorite fishing adventure is creek hopping. No telling what your gonna catch and the fish will bite almost any kind of lure.

Creek Chubs= great bass and catfish bait! I've caught monster flatheads on big live Creek Chubs.
Fishing in north Carolina i used a two inch crick chub that caught me a five and half pound brown trout. Took five bites to hook.

No A/C in your truck ? Here's an idea I wish I'd known about years ago, as I live in Arizona and owned FOUR no-A/C vehicles between 2013 and 2020 ! Maybe you should consider getting one of those 'cooler-sized' portable A/C / COOLERS that you can run off your 'accessory' power outlet ! Beats 'cooking' in your truck, especially on those hot, humid days ! 🤓
You should get a small minnow bucket with a bubbler and catch a few of those creek chubs to live bait bass fish in the lake by your home for some monsters.

Cole watch Richard Gene the fishing machine on dental floss and super glue to fix jigs. It will stop them from slipping down. Take some of those larger ones home in a cooler for Jay.
Used to catch a lot of chubs in Kentucky. Their actually pretty good.

6’6” M 1 piece! I love this rod and it fishes basically the same as the 2 piece. One piece gives it a little bit more strength and I like the reel seat on it better. Both are great rods though!
