On the wallet you even with it not being a repeat purchase it does to an extent advertise when people ask about your wallet. How may ask about your coffee while shopping? The one thing holding me back is the wallet doesn't have a good for my "taste" spot for bills. Been that way even before I came across RJ and later his "run on the bank". What Mr. Shifu said and the market his is in being relativity somewhat close to New York City and putting his money in other streams of income is smart. Knew part of the Credit Shifu story working for the TV station he could not be on camera in those early videos, per contract. In this though learned new parts of that story; thanks Mr S. Johnson for bringing another conversation.

When you talk about tricks to hit the welcome bonus, is it ok to buy gift cards then as long as they aren’t the prepaid visa gift cards? Like you can buy restaurant gift cards and like Disney gift cards and the credit card companies won’t look down on that? Just wanted to make sure as I always thought it was something they’d get mad at, but makes sense if it is only for those prepaid visa gift cards. Otherwise love the collaboration and have been waiting anxiously for this video. Great work!
Good question! To my knowledge, this is a lender by lender decision to be made. Amex definitely does not like it and could throw you in pop-up jail for it. Chase doesn't care at all based on what I've heard. I'm not 100% sure about other lenders. But you can buy any gift cards with a credit card including Visa prepaid ones. What Ben was talking about not doing is using that prepaid card to pay off your credit card bill to basically manufacture all that spend because then any lender would get upset. Hopefully that clears up your questions! And I really appreciate the support and I'm happy you enjoyed the video! Many more like this to come.
Sounds good. Yeah my plan this summer is to get one of the chase ink business cards and if I can do that maybe I’ll go for the cash one first to get that 5% at office stores on gift cards. This was awesome. I especially liked the ending part when discussing not keeping all of your eggs in one basket like some of the TilTok creators. I actually heard that Instagram is going to be demonetizing reels, so this is definitely something to keep in mind as we build our RUclips businesses.

I can't exactly speak for Ben, but I imagine his profit margins are lower than most wallet companies out there and he sells premium wallets at a lower rate to help his community out. He did state that he's been using the same one of his for 5+ years, so they have to be pretty good quality to make that so. And I think you're right! Definitely a solid product he's made and I'm looking forward to seeing if he makes any more in the near future.

Good question! Considering these are all US card products and require a Social Security Number to apply, I imagine you cannot apply for them in Europe. However, these companies may have branches in your area that offer different card products that you can apply for there. Unfortunately most of the products we discuss here are going to be US based, but there are some solid credit card products in other places too!

Congrats on your approvals! Out of curiosity, what makes you apply for secured cards as your 10th and 11th credit cards when you can presumably get higher tier cards with that length of credit history behind you?
