I've been trying out a macro similar to your charge, however i cast rend at the end and then i thunderclap. charge, rend, thunderclap gets me aggro then i have intercept at the end of that macro in case i need to go grab some run away mob. i have the reset close to that of charge. this works very nicely for me.

@rurikhan what do the exclamation marks mean in your macros? Like in one of your macros you have /cast !Heroic Strike

Man....tanking looks hard. wondering if i sould continue with my prot warrior. Anyway...just wondering if i should use shield slam when im tanking multiple enemies. Looks like you only used shield slam when fighting single targets but i've been told to use it a lot...

why do you have a stance dance macro? that would be completely useless. anything u can do in Battle stance you can do in Defensive stance.

I stopped watching when you charged in and never used shield bash to get them to you. No heroic Throw.. For tanks in here that are warriors in the future.. Heroic Throw the back caster charge the near on and shield bash then rend and move to the silenced one from heroic throw. rend and thunderclap. This is what a real tank will do in that situation. I can even believe cleave is being used... Terrible.
