    Hi!
    Great video. How did you connect the two wheels to the small pipe? Were they also a long screw?

      Hey Mel. Yes, we used the small size all thread. We drilled larger holes in the wheels so they could move more freely. Thanks for checking it out. We had a great time.

    I'm about to start with the stuffing. How did you stick or attach the foam to the skeleton? What glue or what did you use?

    Thanks for sharing this. Very creative! What did you use to connect the knee and hip joints? (It doesn't look like screws and nuts.) Is there a reason you didn't use those?

      Hello Jane. Thank you. The knees where connected utilizing a small screw with a locking bolt. The hole for the joint was drilled a bit larger to account for free movement. As well as the hips. We did carve the foam with an old turkey knife found at a thrift store. We also cut the foam to move similar to an accordion. This made for clean movements. Good luck. This project was fun, took a long time, but well worth it. My daughter loved it. Happy Halloween.

      hey Chubby Burger - we utilized wheels and long screws with locking nuts and washers in order to make the legs move.

    What is the pvc size you used for the structure?? Are the wheels on a "solid axle" (1pc of all thread running from on wheel to the next)and on the wheels, did you off set the holes with bolts so the legs move seperate?

    • @ichysartwork
      @ichysartwork 4 года назад

      Scott Polenske , sorry for the delayed response Scott. We utilized half inch pvc. Yes the wheels are on a solid axle. The holes are not off set, so at times the legs will move together, but it doesn’t happen all to often. Great idea though.

      drilled through the rubber wheels - we utilized 1/2" all thread and washers with locking nuts. Hope that helps.

    what did you use to connect the back legs? where its moving, is it just screws?

    • @Ichthyous
      @Ichthyous  7 лет назад

      We utilized long screws and locking washers placed through a larger hole drilled through the wheels.

    can you give us instructions??

      I will see what I can do. We pretty much made it up as we went with the exception of the wheel base. That portion we sat down and literally wrote it out on paper to figure out the movement. If I recall we utilized inspiration from the costumes off of the Lion King on Broadway. Lots of images to utilize for inspiration.

    Where did you get the wheels from

      Kendra Ross , hi. We picked up these wheels at an Ace Hardware. We also noticed they carried them at Home Depot during the time this was built.

    What tools did you use to make this?

    • @ichysartwork
      @ichysartwork 5 лет назад

      Ultimate A.B , we used the tools shown at the beginning as well as a heat gun to mold the pvc, a small wrench for the locking bolts on the all thread, and razor blades and scissors to carve the foam. Hope that helps.
