The best way to learn is practice. Find someone that speaks fluent English and try having regular conversations with them (among family and friends, or maybe some random dude from the Internet?)
My friend worked for some time at an international place where English was mandatory on a daily basis. His accent and grammar aren't perfect, but he can convey any message with ease.
