The barn should be set up as a versitile common area. Renovate the stage for kids to put on plays or have karaoke nights. Get a projector and folding chais for movie nights. Host different theme nights, park wide bake sales or dances. You can have cozy sofas and small cafe tables and books for a little library/cafe feel in the back. You can host small weddings and parties. You can hire me as activity coordinator...the possibilities are really endless ;)
@kylegrimm unfortunately it wasn't enough! I am back living full time in an RV and they don't have any room for me. They are full year round and have a long waiting list.
I’d love to use his. But down at our campground we have an agreement with this other guys who owns rental equipment where we keep it pretty much all year around and he just charges us based on the hours we use it. It works out really well for us.
Kyles family gives me tons of business, so there are no hard feelings here! I think it's a crazy awesome arrangement they have, and I'd hold on to it as long as possible if I were them. Very grateful for every opportunity they shoot my way.
Need a fence and some plantings to shield the road.
Electric tent sights are super popular for glamping.

Love yours and rolling ops channels. You guys are always expanding and moving forward. Beautiful property by the way!
Thank you!!
where is your campground?
That looks like so much fun.
It’s fun. But I know if I want to be in the big leagues like you, I need to stop doing this stuff.
I’d use up every bit of land possible and put lots everywhere. Get the maximum return. It’s a lovely looking location.
That’s the plan! We are going to max out the land we have currently and then we are buying some additional land that we plan to expand into
Totally destroying the idea of camping if it's as crowded as a city.

I helped add 45 spots at a campground using a backhoe, dozer and triaxle dump truck.
That's incredible!

What town is this is? I heard you mention my favorite store (Menards). How’s you find this?
I dont think he wants to answer that question 😂 those are the only 2 comments not answered.
What draws people to your campground? The campground itself or is there an attraction nearby? Thanks!
Honestly it’s mainly people traveling through. Our area has very few attractions.
Thanks very much for the response!@@kylegrimm
Project a movie on the side of barn.
Great idea!
Don’t you need the barn to store your equipment?
Yeah at this point it’s great for that.
Love seeing the progress! Why didn’t you rent a mini excavator from Rolling Ops?

Go big or go home!
