I took Road America out of my XFinity series AI race. I couldn’t do it. My license in road is Rookie. Lol. You should have seen my Atlanta AI race today. Started on the pole and finished last, three laps down, thanks to me getting greedy and trying to get ahead of everyone on cold tires.
Once the tires start wearing out, you shouldn’t be in 1st gear on exit. You need lower RPM at that point. Just use the downshift to 1st to help slow down, then through the center shift back to 2nd to help the tires to stop spinning so much.
I've been to this circuit once around 5-8 years ago for the Canadian Grand Prix F1 race. I wish the weather conditions were like this. My race experience was cold and rainy.

I totally feel this bc I’m an a class oval racer and a D class road course racer that’s constantly slower than everyone
It looks to me like you need to be braking harder earlier. Except for the bits of braking that include bends, you need to maximize the braking by using the downforce (grip) while you're at high speed, then gradually release the brake pressure as you decelerate. That and more consistent throttle blips on downshifts will actually save your tires all around.
What is the advantage of slowly letting go of the brake instead of pushing it hard the whole way
@@catfishthelambs5923 It is called trail breaking. Look it up, I can't explain it great lol
@@catfishthelambs5923 if you don’t slowly release it as the car slows, you are very likely to lock the brakes up, especially the front when turning into the corner. It’s called trail braking into the corner. It is helpful to slightly keep the brakes applied when turning into the apex sometimes (trail braking), depending on the balance of your car.

Mosport is the best road course in Canada in my opinion. The elevation changes are unmatched in the racing world which makes for some very tough racing. Turn 2-3 is of kilter left hand that is coming down a hill and throws the car right. Very technical track takes a lot of skill to be consistently fast on that track

I am very proud of myself for becoming a better road racer. Still not great but I won a 40 lap Indycar race at Bell Isle last week with 0x which is AMAZING for me

I think I ran a total of 45 laps between practice laps and racing laps at Sonoma for the truck series this past Tuesday and by the time I finished my hair was drenched in sweat (I do believe my pc fans are going down) and I had my fan on shit was nuts and I was getting like a 1:23 people averaging 1:18 in my lobby sooo that really sucked

Do you have to pay for each AI car or just your own cars
You need to only buy one manufacturer but you have to download all the manufacturers to run them.
What wheel does Radman use?

@@rodneyproductions5044 he’s using a clubsport flat 2 with most likely a fanatec DD wheelbase. Pretty gnarly setup for iracing
Is it possible to play this on a controller?
Technically yes. You can use pretty much anything as long as you can plug it into the pc. But you shouldn't. The physics are too realistic.

@@medevilwarfare9403 Yeah man. If you're looking for a good starter wheel I started (and still own) the Thrustmaster T150. It's a good starter wheel. It doesn't have a clutch pedal so I had to upgrade them. You don't have to upgrade them if you don't want to as clutch assist is always available to use if needed even in A classes.
I'm not at all a professional but I think your being a bit too hard on the throttle when coming out of corners. Try to be a little easier on the throttle.
