Continuing to learn grow and better urself a lil bit every day keeps the healthy mindset. That's why the gym and exercise is soo good for you keeps the brain healthy. to allow urself to be creative happy and able to deal with confronting situations with resilience and a clear mind. Knowing that even the worst situation is just a problem to solve and overcome with confidence you boys are smashing it. Honestly this conversation isn't one I imagined you 2 would have but your insprirational and I love this shit was a great listen.
