Walgreens used to be much better. Now the customer service won't help you at all. I had a paper spend booster that the cashier scanned. I didn't get my Walgreens cash. She said I'll just give it back to you. It was earn $7 after spending $40 and it expired the next day. I called customer service and they said because it's a paper spend booster, there is no way to verify I had it. I'm pretty much done with Walgreens and all their hassles.
Same here. Filled out 2 forms and got both RR's sent by mail in same envelope about 7-10 days later. The only email I receive is right after I submit claim as initial confirmation but nothing afterwards
I had a transaction not to long ago where I didn't get my 5.00 my Catalina coupon back. I had to contact the Catalina company(so easy by the way) and a couple days later I got a 5.00 Catalina coupon through snail mail. Not sure if it works for boosters but it does for manufactor Catalina's!
When do you use RR versus WC? So if I have RR and use them to lower oop cost, will I still get back RR if there is a deal that offers them? Hope that makes sense.
You can use a RR and earn a RR back and you can use a RR and earn wcash as well, same with wcash you can pay with wcash and earn a RR or wcash for a deal that says “buy” if a deal says “spend” x amount earn wcash then you don’t want to pay with wcash. I hope that helps!

My Walgreens near me constantly has problems with Catalina now so I'm scared to go there to do anything cause they never credit it and then the same issue where i call customer service and they send me to Catalina and i don't get anything back in the mail after filling out the form. The other near me is closed idk i might have too go further to shop in Walgreens if i actually do anymore. I'm just sticking to CVS now.

I was trying to place an online order in-store, the Internet or the app wasn't working... My manager gave me a spend $25 get $7 booster. Bought 3 packs of Huggies, one Nivea cream, and 2 lollipops (one of my kids needed a treat). After shop kicks, and rewards I ended up getting everything for $11. I'm happy with that, but it could have been better. Some days are so smooth and others not so much. Either way, I love walgs!

Has anyone not had their birthday booster Work? I have only been to Walgreens three times this whole month because I am trying to reduce my stock and my birthday booster has not in any extra Walgreens cash on any of those transactions. It printed and I scanned it on May 1 And there has been nothing. I should have gotten $14 back in Walgreens cash for my $10 booster and the additional amount for my birthday booster and I did not get the extra four dollars. I only got the $10.

Yeah, I did not pay with Walgreens cash so thankfully the person from customer Service just added up my purchases for the month so far and added the Walgreens cash to my account that I would have gotten if the birthday booster was working

Hi, The spend $20 get $5 Walgreens cash corresponds with the online only digital booster “earn $5 on $20+ spent on pg products” 04/28-06/29. But I do think customer service should honor it, because when you scan products and it says it- it’s misleading.

Hi Kayla, When I was a Walgreens last week I was unable to use a paper booster with my online booster. The cashier did not know why but did say they were changing things and trying to cut down on people using both boosters. I am honestly not sure how true it is because this was the first time I heard of them changing things up. I will try again this week and see what happens. Have a great week.
