My cake flopped so bad. It's usually impossible to make good wheat banana cake. It was too moist and undercooked from inside. Only outer edges were cooking.
Hi Didi. I have made banana bread a couple of times. I don't know what it is but some parts of the bread seem uncooked like some uncooked chunks even though the tester comes out clean. I mix well the bananas in a mixer jar yet it feels like that. Please help. Thank you in advance ❤️

Try adding banana, oil, sugar n curd to a micie jar and grind and use them. That will help with the chunks issue.

coconut oil, olive oil, melted butter all will give slight different taste as they are not flavour neutral
