Ohtani is on a longer starting rotation, so less likely if you're going off mostly innings. His is the 5th lowest innings to get to 200 SOs (Sale x2, Ray, Cease)

Christy Mathewson...possibly the best pitcher no one has ever heard of. Dominated 1900-1914 and had 5 seasons over 200 and 2 over 250. Was thinking him and Bob Gibson the whole time.
