Everyone has their own vision of the ideal hot rod.
If I were building that rod, it would be full fenders, and probably the half hood.
But I’ll wait to see how you finish it.

Looks great. I did the same thing on mine a couple years ago. Your 30-31 hood fits the 32 shell much better than my 29 hood did.

I have a question. Does 31hood also match 29hood? I have a 29 Roadster. I want to install DUCE grill. I'm wondering if 31hood will match my 29.

I had a 29 sedan with a 29 hood and a 32 deuce grill on it . The hood fit the grill shell it all lined up good on the sedan

Hell! Its hard to say. I like it that way. But fenders would be great. I don't like cookie cutter cars. You don't see too many with fenders. If you have them, go for it. What color are you going to paint it?
