Hello Jon, I have greatly benefited from your podcast and view on several issues and have some questions to ask you, i figured youtube comments isn't the best place. What is the best way to ask you some longer questions if you do that with listeners?
This concerns me. Is this the company that sends out the Little devotional books? My dad reads these, but is not for any of this Marxist racial hatred indoctrination.
What's his point about Lady In Red? It's a song written & performed by a white man about his wife, who is also white? Or is THAT the problem? Is it because they dared play a song that WASN'T about a black woman? Genuine question.
I don’t like BLM or the whole CRT think both are horrific. I’m from Alabama and was born and raised here, I feel that we should look at what a black person feels when they send their child to a school named after a man who lead the military of the south where we can say what we want but the south was defending slavery. I’ve read the succession papers of the states that seceded and its main issue is slavery. The Southern Confederate Constitution would have made it to where slavery could never be abolished. I’m not woke I felt this way many many years ago. I believe Floyd died Due to his drug use and not the officer’s fault.
I understand what you're saying. But even if the South had won the Civil War, slavery would have eventually ended, and still within the 19th century. It just wasn't sustainable.
Can we just be honest and admit all this is just whining? It’s all so fatiguing and obnoxious. Hardly anything is racist against minorities (in fact it’s usually the exact opposite), this woman committed adultery against her husband and he should divorce her, and Jamar is a whiny little baby who is looking for excuses for why he hasn’t achieved more… also he probably knew the lyrics to the rap song. Are we done here?
This generational trauma is ridiculous and absurd. My great-great grandfather came home from the Civil War with a drinking problem. Should I be traumatized by that?! No, I think not.

The fact that His message is universal does not change the fact that His condescension was even to the point of being one of the poor, a man from the wrong side of the tracks. And again, ""Brothers, consider your calling: Not many are wise from a human perspective, not many powerful, not many of noble birth. Instead, God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world - what is viewed as nothing - to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one can boast in His presence. A slave cannot serve more than two masters is immediately followed by Jesus saying you cannot love both God and Money. That the love of money is the source of all kinds of evil. Does the governor only serve the rich, or good looking, or the tall or the young? Are dairy farmers compromised when they decide to appeal to potential customers who have lost their ability to digest lactose?
Took about 15 minutes to say anything. It got pretty smug im afraid. When you are looking for the boogieman guess what you will find. Why not celebrate the shades of the whole gospel....since Christ is over all and through all and in us all(believers), then why not in social justice issues too? Nothing wrong with pointing it out as part of a whole. Minimizing people and what they are going through isn't love. So many strawman arguments. Cant believe some of these presenters who "take no pleasure in presenting stuff like this" get such unchallenged respect.
These people are presenting Critical Theory as Christianity.
Poem Who Will Speak For God
Many cower, many fear,
while Marxist men applaud,
forsaking truths
once claimed so dear,
but who will speak for God?
Bigot, racist, homophobe,
names weaponized and broad,
spineless men by these implode
but who will speak for God?
BLM, Antifa fools
working mischief in their pod,
propaganda from state run schools,
but who will speak for God?
Christians preaching social justice?
This gospel is a fraud,
away from scripture
a pastor does this,
but who will speak for God?
Parents bow before their children
and spare the spanking rod,
behold them now
a hoard of villains,
but who will speak for God?
They scavenge their morals
from sea bottom
analogous to cod,
their wrong is right
their spring is autumn,
but who will speak for God?
The shameful, yelling
“shame on you”
the paragon of odd,
hypocrisy in all they do,
but who will speak for God?
“Marginalized defenders”??
blasphemous earthen clod,
they think there'r many genders,
but who will speak for God?
Trusted churchman compromising
with theology so flawed,
heightened itching ears, surprising?
but who will speak for God?
Come now saints undaunted,
budge not upon this sod,
speak His word
by them unwanted,
and you shall speak for God!

@@jacklawsen6390 I don't think so. I assume you haven't talked to any of them? I assume you say this based off of a lot of talk from the presenter and a few randomly selected clips of video taken out of a broader discussion? I assume you are looking for critical race theory? I assume when the presenter basically says, "I'm not following the Bible by going to the person personally, I'm making myself a god and doing it my way,' that that is ok? I assume that sniping at our brothers and sisters is ok? I assume that this one sided presentation will affirm what most people here already believe. I believe that talking about the poor and oppressed are one part of Christianity. One. Part. Pure religion as laid out in The Word.
You assume a lot of negative things for someone preaching about being charitable toward other believers.
@@colinplank Yes. But I am being clear that I am assuming. But I don't see any actual talking points from people replying. Just making statements. Further entrenching in what you want to believe. Why is being negative not being charitable? Jesus loved more than anyone and called the Pharisees a brood of vipers.
