If you want to get a proper tan on an away day, you should do FC Ryukyu, and do an island excursion to Okinawa.
The most southern team you will play in the japanese league you will play this season. FC Ryukyu is from Okinawa. You _have_ to make that as an awayday this season! Really interesting place! You will enjoy the entrance of the stadium!
Was expecting more from the new CB given the striker you had a £150k offer in for as a talent comp.

I chose Kagoshima as my FM save for 2024 year based on the kits and the away day (and the stadium food on the website looked super good), and I think some of the most interesting away days in Japan are at the lower levels. They all have interesting stuff to do around them, and the best ones/the ones that you need to do away days at (in my opinion) are: Gifu, Matsumoto, Yamagata, and ESPECIALLY Tochigi and Ehime. You'll understand once you visit ;)

The floodlights having this design is actually to make them earthquake safe. Pretty much all the buildings in Japan have been made earthquake safe.
Kagoshima is famous for pottery. The city is also in the shadow of a volcano called Sakurajima, which is the most active volcano in all of Japan. I visited in 2014 and at night you could see how the volcano was spitting out bits of molten rock in the air.

Its normal for fans in Kagoshima to watch football match while the volcanic mountain behind the stadium blowing volcanic ashes and smoke, that's why kagoshima logo have volcano in it.
How did Jack miss the active volcano? Having been there for work, it's a quaint city. Famous for its Black Pork, and hot springs (heated up by the volcano)

You missed a totally unique thing with that away day - Kagoshima FC is directly opposite from an active volcano!
when posession is around 30% you expect to have the forwards score goals when they have basicly 0% posession on the boal...ditch counter attack
FC Ryukyu are actually further south than Kagoshima United. Theyre a team located on the Okinawa island chain, far south of Kagoshima!
Check the league rules for other nations considered local. Might find more options in some of those national teams

Have you considered a 3-4-3? That'll solve your defensive issue since your best defenders are all CBs anyway. And then you can play another striker too since you're loaded with them.
You should see how far south Okinawa is when you consider the most southernly points of Japan!

Japanese people holiday to Guam and Hawaii and technically the most southern most point in Japan is in the Tokyo prefecture but is closer to the Philippians than to Kagoshima
