Algorithm ultras don’t eat breakfast - we eat 3 dinners
Japan can be a lot more picky about you just rolling up on a place and taking photos of it, especially if it has a lot of branding/logos on it. That might be part of why we're seeing so little in-stadium photography for the away days. My experience with taking photos in Japan is if you don't basically call in advance and arrange it with the staff, they'll throw you out just on the basis they don't know what you're doing/why you're doing it and don't like that. Especially in Tokyo.
The basketball building next door is the Komazawa Gymnasium, which hosted the wrestling events at the 1964 Summer Olympics.

the emperor's cup is very much the FA cup, it's open to all JFA members. university teams can play in the FA cup! usually you'll find them in the early qualifying rounds from the 9th and 10th tiers, i know loughborough university are regular fixtures.
also, impress your friends by pronouncing it "ki-rrri-stan" with a big rolled r.

jack does explain this a bit in the video, the prefectural championships (in T23's case the tokyo cup) act as a qualifying round

Grulla Morioka is my current save in FM. Back to back promotions, and 4th and 3rd in J1. But fixtures in Japan can be insane somtimes. 9+ games in a month is normal when you are in all cup competitions.

Hang on, Marcao as a back up? Is he not just plain better than Baby Noda? Take out Noda’s eccentricity and there’s not too much of a comparison. Better distribution, aerial ability and communication. Yes there is a slight mark down on shot stopping, but a lot less likely to do eccentric things.

Does anyone else find that despite being subscribed, and watching WTS vids every day for months (+ binge watching some back series) that they *never* appear in my YT feed and I always have to come to the channel to find them? Not sure if its a me issue, or a channel one
