I discovered this place whilst I was at uni in 2010, can’t believe it’s still there and gone further into disrepair. We found lots of nice bits of pottery and randomly I even found a piece of Royal Doulton. Enjoyed watching this, and for answering the question I was searching for which was the name of the factory.
To explain some of the finds: Inside the bottle kiln, you found a lot of oval containers, which are saggars which held ware while it was being fired. The thick flat disc is a detached bottom of a saggar. In the works those white circular objects were plaster of paris shapes used to make plates and bowls on a machine. The peculiar cupboard like structures were drying ovens, used to gently remove moisture from the clay before being sent to the kiln.
Was there about 2 hours ago approx 00:00 till ab 1 am it's fun but limited due to damage. Not everywhere is accessible. I live the place one of my top 3 places in stoke since I live here it's limited. Found you through researching more places to go with my mate
It is very haunted though we went there at night multiple times and I took my emvp readers and we caught loads of activity even caught a few apparitions

The sad part about these explores is they really don't know what they're looking at. I worked at this factory for 35 years and know every inch of it.

Me and my mates used to go there and chill we never did drugs or alcohol just went so we were away from the idiots just for a few hours
