It's 41with a feel like of 37 degrees. The smell of something burning woke me up. I quickly realized that my central heater had come for the first time this season so I had to get up to open the windows to let the smell escape. 😕

You may have already considered this but the place you have in fort clark springs could go back into "rental " There are rental companies that do the day to day hassle of dealing with the rentals that you personally don't have to deal with. (Like ruidoso does) if you don't sell it at least it would pay for sitting there for you. Just a thought until you sell your place.

I do not hear other little noises. I guess i am so used to road noise i do not pay attention. My mini tires make a sound. And they are cooper tires..same kind they use. That makes it abit annoying to me. However I do not hear it in your. What kind of tires are you running on coffee bean? If you do not mind nd shareing. These tires i have cost abot money. Contential i really can not spell it as it should be spelled. Haha. Well Enjoy You in this beautiful wake up chilly morning. The sun is beautiful this morning and its on its way. Haha happy all was great with coffee bean. Hoping it is with my mini this morning. The brake light came on first last week. So hubby taking it to mini place. Prayers it is just dirt on sensor.
