    Another great video, Anand. Appreciate it. If one shares many questions with the group, would other group members deem him/her incapable? If one doesn't share, it may take a bit longer to solve it. How do you balance it?

      Questions are often appreciated, unless the same question (one that has been answered earlier) is repeated time and again.

    This is a great video. Coming from academia, I feel like I solve problems like Michael. How do we be less like Michael?

      Let people know what you are working on and invite their feedback and input. Instead of saying, "I need help", try saying, "here's the problem I'm trying to solve and I would appreciate the team's feedback and input because I realize that a problem like this one might have been solved in the past and I'd appreciate any guidance that might help me move quickly."
