kkkkk it's not entirely true, these "made in china" products are very bad... they spoil easily and do not allow repair. It is mass production, assembly labor is poorly qualified, the staff rotates a lot, rarely stay more than a year, so there is no commitment to quality ... it is not the fault of the workers themselves, but the market policy, government labor policy, population situation of the country ... in short ... it is a garbage factory ...

that is how we say it here , i have been an american for 73 years and when you put some thing together you build it it could be a building , a fan, an engine , a radio. is always great to get an english lesson from some one in another country that you just gave a complement to. stick to (MANUFACTURING) your fans and stop talking down to people that complement you, not teaching them there language because trust me you are not an expert on the english language . because if you were you would not be on a (MANUFACTURING) line with all your friends making low wages. but thanks any way for pointing that mistake to me teacher , language expert. a thank you for your complement would have been very nice but i guess my complement was not good enough for you. next time i will not waste my time. @@jaibusby673

Todos los Trabajos ELECTRONICOS SE PRODUCEN EN SERIE HOY
DESDE UN ESTE .ej .VENTILADOR .RADIOS .TV. MOVILES .O SEA TODA
y A CUANTO A EFECTIVIDAD no SE SI SALDRA MUCHO VIENTO POR

although technically bladeless fans have blades, its just that they air the blades create are funneled through a housing that does not have the blades visible to the user, but the blades still exist to create the airflow. sure its not a traditional style blade, it is either in a squirrel cage style like in a car, or like in this video it looks like an impeller you might find in a shop blower or in a vacuum cleaner

You're right. Airflow is created by an internal turbine then thru the large looped 'inductor' into the room. An inductor combines airflow from the turbine with ambient air which multiplies the flow.

China too, has had its share of poor quality items but it is clear in this video, the Chinese workers are both skillful but also disciplined.
With China's large population of skilled workers, it too is becoming a country where made in China will be synonymous with very high quality.

Looks like good ventilation/filtration at the 5 extra hand soldering stations. I wish they had one press-fit manual station instead (maybe chase it with a light-soldering pass somewhere in the oven) and the vanes had nanotextured finish to farther refine turbulence. Maybe the motor component design has had a 5x engineering pass by now too (more bearing and rotor ventilation, less pin service?) All injection molding needs to be a lignin/bamboo process in production...no paint, only structural color gravure/light pulse. Love the care the electrical passivation painter puts in, even if it should be automated and the assembly parts reduced (base power passthrough: why do I exist?) so the workers can (safer, recovered solvents) enamel or paint fine scrollworks or Space Communism Edition fans and more artistic air inlet screens or something. Electrical safety testing OTL why is this state of the art but good going. Obv. all processes with workers need to have lots of plant scrims (moss or plantings and their grow lamps etc.) but they get in the way of filming, which is done well here.
