A little bit of trivia. The original depiction of death in european culture/art was simply a skeleton armed with a throwing spear. The grim reaper was a personification specifically of the black death meaning the bubonic plague of which multiple waves hit europe from 1346-1353.
I've been trying to find a good set of builds for my own personal worldspace, and this miniseries delivered absolutely perfectly. Famine for Lawful Evil, Pestilence for Chaotic Good, Death for Neutral, War for Chaotic Neutral. The Horsemen being a Netheric quartet fits amazingly with the lore(they're all the same Durge, it's complicated), and the builds themselves all look incredibly fun to play. You are the Fudgemuppet of BG3, absolutely stunning work.
I love your take on Death. Seeing him as the sage of the apocalypse. Death always comes in the end and he sees and knows all at the end of life. I HAVE to talk my friends into trying out your Horseman builds for our next playthru!
Loved all four of these builds, and the way they all work together - the combat footage just shows it. Can’t wait for 10k as well! Keep up the great work, Hobo
Loved all these vids The 4 horseman as Dragonborns was a fantastic idea imagine playing a campaign where they were the enemy and you had to stop them what a encounter lol anyway well done and keep up the good work 🙂
Niiiiiiiiice! This was so cool! Have to admit though, that actually seeing Death holding that teeny little warpick was way funnier than I thought it would be XD
You can always make the Tharian necromancy quest and have the three ghouls with you without changing the build, so I think this is pretty neat the way it is
I cannot wait for Patch 7 so I can do an Honor Mode custom run with these four builds. Everything from the theme to abilities to the balance is just on point
Sickles are also on theme for weaponry with the pop culture of Death. If you're using mods, I recommend the Dread Overlord Warlock. There will be a Scythe available in the Githyanki Creche in the prison. It's a two-handed reach weapon with throwing and returning properties.
Love your ideas for making builds for the horsemen, but did you know there is actually a fifth rider? The rider is a woman named Providence, she is the Green rider , wielding the Aegis of Freedom and the Sword of Ploughshares. Here is an articles about her. "The Fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse is an archetype representing rebirth and renewal in the face of conquest, war, famine, and death. And, the fifth horseman isn’t even a man. She is a woman, feminine and ruthless with her soft healing powers. Her name is Providence. She is Phoenix-like. Armed with the Aegis of Freedom and the Sword of Ploughshares, she rises up from the ashes of war & decay to spread self-actualized love, open-mindedness, and sustainability by digging up the decay and unsustainable residue of past and present civilizations and then using it all as compost to cultivate and grow a healthier future for the coexistence of nature and human beings. In that capacity she has devoted herself to planting gardens of heroism in the humus of war, hate, close-mindedness and greed, and anything else left behind by the original four horsemen. And so she subsumes the original four horsemen and teaches them that the NEW definition of right & wrong must be derived from the natural dictation of healthy & unhealthy rather than the human opinion of good & evil. She is the Verdant Force. She is the Goddess of Recompense. She is the soft hammer of evolution. She has come to blur the false boundaries that have been erected between nature and the human soul. She has come to shred the Veil of Ignominy in order to reveal the raw vulnerability of the human condition that pulses beneath. She is Gaia. She is Lady Justice. She is the return of the Sacred Feminine. She is all of us, men and women, realizing that we are nature first and human second, that we are soul first and ego second. She is weighing the worth of the human world with the Scales of Cosmos. With or without us, she will not fail to bring water to the wasteland." I hope you will also consider make a build for this horseman too. Could you give me a shout about what you think of this when you get the chance?
I'm only slightly disappointed that you missed out on so many item slots in this build. But only slightly. :) Nice work on these. Definitely planning on the Horsemen (Dragonmen?) to rampage through the game on my next play through. One thing though, if you mentioned which dragonborn type you went with in your description, I didn't catch it. Saw it listed on the right side, though. How come you went Green for this one?
So the fourth and the last horseman, What he is? He. Is. Ę̸͇̭̙̼͎̬̫̻̱̓͆̊̓͆͝n̴̛̠͇̩͇̲͕͒͠͝d̴̢̲͕̉͆͘. -D̸̡̢̺͚͕̗̟̗͓̙͚̘͓̣̯͔̍̀̽̈́̊͛̉̓́̈́̈͐͘ē̴̢͖̥̙̯̏̋̃͗̈́̀̓́́̊̅̅̚͘̚͝x̵̡̡̗̙͙̞̰̩̮͍̹̺̲͇̰̰͈̝̖́̂̽͆̈́̆̔̀̉̒̉͘͠
Nice job at all, but could you please make a tutorial on how to start the game up with 4 custom characters ? Because i'm pretty sure that's not something you can do unless you either mod the game or mess with the files.
Yeah I know. No room to go that high in Druid though without losing the archer stuff, which was the whole point. At least the team still gets the spells
On PC, you can load the game multiple times and create a character in each as a multiplayer session. Once you start the game, then you only need to load one instance and run all 4 characters as one 'player'.
Either with mods or having people join you in multiplayer/plugging in multiple controllers. They only need to join and make the character then leave and it's yours.

Never thought to use the shadow lantern, the fact you can cast Shillelagh on it is even better.

Loved these horseman build they would all make a brilliant party! Keep up with the amazing vids.

This was a fun week! Looking forward to your Dead 3 builds

That top style for Dragonborn kind of reminds me of Predator, with the whole dreads down the back of the head
I had a good chuckle when I saw the warpick
I cannot wait for Patch 7 so I can do an Honor Mode custom run with these four builds. Everything from the theme to abilities to the balance is just on point
Freaking sick!! Can’t wait to try this with the new evil endings!!!

Well this is a fun birthday gift
Keep up the great work i would maby take sleep let them pass peacefully
Happy birthday!
I AM AMPED FOR THIS
I would love to see a compilation of these 4 doing select fights like the knolls,Ketheric,Gortash etc
Don't really have the time to play through the whole game
death's scythe shrunk in the wash huh?

Never heard of this before. Is this actually from the bible or is this something else?
For the algy

Cause I'd done different colours for each on, and in some texts, Death is described as being a sickly green
So the fourth and the last horseman, What he is? He. Is. Ę̸͇̭̙̼͎̬̫̻̱̓͆̊̓͆͝n̴̛̠͇̩͇̲͕͒͠͝d̴̢̲͕̉͆͘.

Is it possible for some playtru with those horsemans? I would totally listen to that. Nice work btw! I watchOS the 5 vids 😎
I don't have the time to record a playthrough sadly
Keep the good work Hobz. You’re an inspiration.
I think this would be a great party to go with the Dark Urge. Which would you consider the leader of the party?
Famine, they're the best for being the party face.

Apologies if you answered this already, but why does it say Green Dragonborn but look like a silver one? I am confuse
Seriously though you would've used Insect Plague and Contagion on the Pestilence build, to be perfectly honest.
Yeah I know. No room to go that high in Druid though without losing the archer stuff, which was the whole point.
At least the team still gets the spells
@@HoboZone IIRC Cleric gets those spells too.
What about hag hair?
Hog Farther build? From disc world?
Great builds how do you get 4 Dragonborn’s?
I use a mod, but you can do it using multiplayer and have multiple controllers

Please make Black Myth: Wukong theme build 🤩👍
Done already
I thought Withers was death
Yes, but actually no. Long story there
How do I play with four dragonborns?
Either with mods or having people join you in multiplayer/plugging in multiple controllers. They only need to join and make the character then leave and it's yours.
@@HoboZone Can you tell which mod this is? I have been searching for a while for a mod like this. :D
@@oscidod_ it's Full Custom Companions
@@HoboZone Thanks you so much!
