Were back with a new unboxing, this time of the famous Timex Grid Expedition Shock.

Timex Watch Company started in May 8, 1854. That's 168 years of watch making! Yep I'd say Timex, even though they aren't know for exquisite time pieces, make one of the best time pieces available! When I was 12 years old, "1976" I got my parents to buy me a 1964 Timex Watch. Exactly as old as me! I still own the watch today and it has never stopped running. That's 58 years I've had this watch and she still ticking! I currently accumulated 24 Timex watches of my own, and 8 that my dad owned before his passing. Out of those 32 watches just one "1" doesn't work because "someone" over-wound the spring!!! The others are still ticking like clockwork!
HYDRA mode is a hydration alarm. Basically a self-resetting timer-great for anyone using the Pomodoro technique.
I just ordered this watch. Love the extra large size for an affordable price.
I am a Casio fan but this watch even tho is still going for $70 I need it. Also the Timex Command (camo version) is a must have.
Love that watch.

I'm thinking of buying this just to see what it looks and feels like to wear an oversized watch (i like this more than the oversized versions of G-shock) .. Who knows , maybe i'll appreciate the smaller watches that i own way more .

And how so you SET the time? Nobody says how!?!? Its a real challenge to find the TIME SET Mode!
Timex digitals arent really user friendy like Casios. Go to timex.com they have pdfs instruction manuals.
If it's like any other Expedition watch you use the top left 'mode' button to go into this setting. Use the same button to set the alarms. I've had alot of Expeditions and there all the same

Too hard to set month, date, home etc. If I knew how to get a refund, I'd send this watch back to seller.
I got mine the mail today. Took me less than 5 minutes to set up 😅. All thanks to a RUclips tutorial. Cheers 🎉

compare this oversized Timex to the oversized G-shock versions . Which is better and why ?
I LOVE Casio but this Timex has that "IT" factor that makes it stand out from the rest. Definitely an eye catcher.

Thank you for teaching me how to take the watch out of the box. This video was completely useless. Now how do you set the time and use the functions. There are no instructions in the box, the time is wrong, the date is wrong, and all I want to do is set the date and the time. Thanks for nutt'n
