Hey, if you mean how to import the maps from the online servers, 1) You need to download the map, or get it from the server owners, and 2) import the map inside Blender using either Mineways or Jmc2obj. Hey, you can animate it, but you should first set the origin in a proper place. For example, right-click - set origin - origin to geometry. But I would recommend creating a separate tree using McPrep's block spawner or the blocks from the BSS asset pack.
@@woodplankmc I took a tree, deleted some faces and replaced them with real tree blocks from the spawner, then I animated them like that. The magnet tool was so helpful with accuracy, thank you!!

you should select the mouth bone (on the very right side), and then enable it from item - properties.
