I did the installation of 2 locks yesterday, and the instructions were very informative and clear. However, the one part that was not clear was how to plug in the electrical connector from the part of the lock facing outside to the inside piece. It may be that the connector is keyed so it can only go in correctly, but I always stress out when putting pressure on small plastic pieces. It is easy to destroy things if you use too much pressure. But, the rest of the installation and setup was simple. Thanks!
Hey Ultraloq, I received my new loq but the bolt that secures the door doesnt look like the videos or pictures, is this a mistake or is just a redesign. If it is a redesign does it have the same ANSI 1 resistence as the previous model?
When I insert the batteries with the deadbolt locked it does not learn the correct position. It repeatedly tries to automatically lock the door to the wrong direction even when I turn off auto lock. If customer support cannot fix my problem, I'm gonna get a refund.
These locks are nicely designed not well built and don't last...ask me how I know. Standard service for defective item is a 30% discount to buy a new one. Guess it's sort of a subscription for hardware.

The part with the door sensor makes no sense
