Assign Macro Created Columns to a Columns Layer

During Advance Steel training I am often asked why my columns are a different colour and on a different layer than those in the candidates version of Advance Steel. I have customised the settings in my version of Advance Steel and this is just one of those settings and here is how I did it. Enjoy.
