Was the woman for the widows association said is a plan speech which does not reflect any aorta of truth. As the fallen heroes were remembered today, how has the Nigerian state treated those these fallen heroes left behind? How has the Nigerian state treated the living heroes? These living heroes are still jostling to get their monthly pension, Security Debarment Allowance(SDA), which is even being paid in a piecemeal. Up till now the palliatives of 25000naira for 6months, this very palliatives had been paid to service soldiers. Why is the government, ministry of finance and Military Pension Board (MPB),treating military veterans in this Ill-manner? The only time remembrance day can be memorable is when all living and fallen heroes families are treated well and given their dues, Peace!
