If you have seen the people selling already made 3D printed mice with magnetic charging, they are just using these cheap rechargeable AAA batteries with a cheap magnetic charger plugged into the usb port. The batteries themselves I believe weigh like 6 or 7 grams so you should still be below 60 grams.

I'm sure if you checked "only touching the bed" in the support section it would've been enough support and would have lead to a cleaner result. The holes and slight overhangs of the mouse wouldn't have been filled, those can bridge on their own.

I would revisit this concept, but use a different form of printing. FDM printers can get you a proof of concept. SLA printer can give you the more finished product feel. Most of the 3D printed files online for the light weight mouse is designed around SLA (resin) printers. And lately SLA printers are going for much cheaper then some of the FDM printers. I custom made my mouse using G305 parts, and a printed frame in the same shape as the G Pro Wireless superlight. Something to consider.
i know im late, but a resin print would definetely weigh more, although the thing is, with an FDM printer you are expected to set the proper print settings, and for the best result, sanding is very much so advised. plus way too much support was used which led to alot of stringing

You don't need buttons on the mouse for Osu. You could still cut it by a few grams. With no left and right click you can make the front of the mouse even smaller.
Some people offset their expensive 3d printer builds by lending operation hours and they might be in your area. But, fyi, both 3d printing and hunting for the most lightweight solution is costly.
