@@LiveFAST17 Thanks, I was gonna ask that, I had to do that on my Surron, looking at the blocks, I was thinking I had enough adjustment but I'll go ahead and order some links too, thanks again!
Your video was the one that made me pull the trigger on the MX4! You guys seem like you come from a motocross background like I do. Like you changing sprockets I was after more torque than it comes with. After 1 ride I bought the Nucular controller where you can adjust and tune everything on the fly. Everything else bone stock it jumped from stock 8kw to 12kw and the throttle input has zero lag with an amped up throttle curve pulling hard all the the top. I swear it feels like an entirely different machine.
@@lilriggs Hell yeah nice to hear! We do come from a moto background, been considering a controller until that Altis Sigma bike came out. Pretty sure I’ll be selling mine for one.
I put a 60 T sprocket on my MX, mostly because I had it already and I never street ride just tight rocky trails where any speed will kill you! I also plan on pulling a small trailer for work on the ranch, so the extra low gearing will help there too. Top speed, using the display GR set to 11 to 1 (don't know if that's the correct setting, will verify by a radar sign when I get a chance) is now 43 MPH in sport, 23 in eco. As of now, I am dissapointed in only thing as compared to my SR, the regen braking action is wimpy as hell, I live on a mountain side and i loved my SR's regen action.
@@ItalianMetalHED I'm in line to get a Greenline Engineering controller for my MX, mostly for the thumb controlled regen, totally controllable, and super powerful. I'm used to a thumb throttle, got 3 ebikes with them, and know how to position them for max control/grip on the bars while still having throttle control, same with a thumb regen I'm thinking.
