Myself and my mother-in-law (who passed away from covid) have watched your videos for years. We have always loved and enjoyed a Latino driving across our beautiful country. Y la comida that you cook. Thank you for the memories that I was able to share with my late mother in law. So when you post a new video it brings me back to my mother in law. Thanks again.
@@mreppen1 Yes, Banff is definitely high on my list as well. For me the top billing is between Yellowstone(so diverse and unique), Glacier(Going To The Sun Road/hiking trails), Grand Canyon(words can't really describe it/Simply Stunning). But we are splitting hairs on the scenic beauty of all of these places. How would you rank your favorite parks?
@@thehighlanders607 I haven’t been to Glacier NP. We tried to on our trip home to Orange County from Anchorage in 2018 but it was way too smoky from Fires. I also rank Zion NP as one of the best.
@@mreppen1 Wow, that still sounds like an sweet road trip! It is SO hard to separate which one I like best between the "Mighty 5"! Zion is an awesome park!
Thanks…. Yes, …… interestingly: after several times in GlacieR NP; twice in GRAND CANYON , we barely scratched the miracle’s & wonders…….. only regrets missing a lot of other, NATIONAL PARk Times..
I am doing a binge watch of this season Robert and this is the best episode yet! Again I love how you show the viewer the little things that can go wrong. One of your best videos yet Captain Pelicanhead.
We went to Yellowstone the last 2 weeks of Sept, I watched this before we left, and it was nice to see everything. But now that we have been it is nice to see everything again and it all looks very familiar. At the 7:15 mark is our campsite. Thanks for posting.
Hello Robert. I would like to thank you immensely and congratulate you for your work. Thanks to the wonderful video of Mackinac Island, my wife and I decided to celebrate 25 years of marriage at the Grand Hotel, which you gave us the opportunity to meet. We came from Brazil for this trip and as a toast, we made a complete tour of Lake Michigan, traversing the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wiscosin. Thank you very much and keep providing us with beautiful videos. Our dream now is to take a motorhome trip across the USA. Hug
For the past two summers we have made our way to this area, and drove this very route!! We fell in love with it....I can see us returning again....and again. Thank you Robert for this video!
good choice taking the Lamar Valley route. possibly my favorite place in the world! 🤠 really enjoyed all the beautiful scenic video footage from the road. and it's cool to see y'all staying in Gardiner. that's where we stayed when we visited last month. looking forward to your next video!
You encourage your viewers to get out on the road to experience the magnificent country we live in. Love how you fixed the draw. Your such a wiz. Need a cookbook going. Your the best.
I’m a few days late to the party. We just got back home from theBlack Hills. We sure love the Needles Highway, Sylvan Lake, and Iron Mountain Highway you took last year. We rode the 1880 Train. Awesome! The Badlands were super hot and hard to go out and hike to enjoy. We stayed at the Cedar Pass Campground with electricity. We needed the AC! It was a wonderful spot to sit outside the trailer in the evening enjoying the prairie. They had a great dark skies star viewing ranger program! It looks like you found a great spot on the north shore of the Buffalo Bill reservoir just off the highway. It is beautiful on all sides! I find the North Fork campground at the west end of the reservoir even more dramatic in the shadow of the canyon walls! They still have electric sites at that campground. We usually only stay one night on the way to Yellowstone. We did stay two nights a couple of years back. It is amazing at sunrise and sunset. Nice episode in spots we go a lot.
Another gorgeous area which will make another great video! I still have some rocks I picked up along that route. Brings back a lot of memories. Thanks again!
I’ve made the drive along the Shoshone river into Yellowstone East entrance. Completely understand the stories of warriors along the mountain tops. With all peaks and spires looking like warriors on horseback. Awe inspiring and magical drive. I see you drove the northern route, through Lamar Valley. As you said, this is where you have the chance to view the most wildlife. Happy Travels.
In June stayed in Gardiner at that very windy RV park and ate at the same great restaurant. Drive into Yellowstone from there was definitely scary especially behind gravel trucks. Hope to return to Yellowstone, travel east to Cody and beyond! Love your videos.
Thanks for the ride............I love the road and scenario descriptions......hope we can do it next year...................take care at Alaska..............
Great video! And the drawer fix with the child lock! I’ve been dealing with the same issue on my trailer and never thought about this simple fix. Thanks for sharing!
Hello Traveling Robert, I enjoyed the ride into Yellowstone National Park and catching wildlife...this brings back memories of our trip to Yellowstone National Park. We may go again at some point. Awesome Video Robert!! Looking forward to the next video.
Hey Robert 😁 just wanted to say thank you! For I finally tried the Cafe bustelo coffee that you're always making.. I have been looking for this flavor all my life.! So I am enjoying it now 😄 highly recommended !

Back in September 2020 we took our Tesla through the exact route you drove but it was when we left Yellowstone through the east end, took the 212 to the 296 to Cooke City and stayed at the KOA in Cooke city and it was a beautiful drive. Amazing.
Robert, Ropa Vieja with Broccoli 🥦. Good thing you’re far away from 305, otherwise you’d be arrested for “Malrecipe”… 🤪 We’ll forgive you this time. Beautiful scenery of America the Beautiful 👍🇺🇸
Upon the purchase of our brand new RV after retirement, we got approx 1 mile from home on our very first trip and i had the same thing happen to me as happened to you...Did not latch the drawer under the stove which had alot of heavy stuff in it and as we went around a corner , BOOM !!! on the floor it went along with a broken slide rail...Live and learn from self induced accidents...
Wow. some more amazing scenery. Our last pass there was via US 14 which is beautiful, but your route was fantastic. Glad you were able to sort out the drawer issue. Always something, but as long as you are handy and have a tool or two with you, things always seem to work out. As always, safe travels...
That was a Wolf you speedily showed us! Where else are you, us going to see them ? I use wood screws on top cabinets. Drill small hole then pick correct size screw. I just leave them in door. I wish I knew this on start. I got ugly straps I use on bottom cabinets connected to eye bolts. Hum I can do what I want so it's time to put screws in bottom, thanks for making me think about that.
Next time you’re in Cody eat at the Prime Rib (blue awning) on opposite side of street one or 2 blocks from the Alma hotel. Mother broccoli salad is delicious along with the prime rib
Hola Robert! Thanks once again por sacarme de Casselberry FL.! I usually ride my bicycle, but there's no way I'm going out there as far as you go! * Mucho appreciated, amigo!
Yellowstone is so beautiful...We have been there last year. Will be posting my footage from there as well :) This Gardiner town at 23:10 is the one that got hurt during these flash floods right?
Another great video,I love watching your travel experiences, if you don't mind where and who did your spare tire cover on your rv,I've been looking for one for my rv, thanks and keep on traveling
Our camper is similar setup for the sleeping area, how do you put the bed sheets on. Ours is almost impossible to put the fitted sheets on with the 3 sides that are next to walls. Is your difficult too or do you have a better system for bedding sheets.
Love those vista views from out west! Really nice job capturing the beauty of the west. My dad fished that Soda Butte creek. PS> Just got back from Canada.
Your first wildlife sighting in Yellowstone was actually an Elk, not a deer. Related, but about twice as large. It is best to spend at least two weeks in YNP, and do a lot of hiking off the public trails, where you can walk up to Grissleys and buffalo and porcupine and Canadian geese etc who have never seen a human being. Of course, you'll need a special permit from the Ranger after you demonstrate you won't get lost or leave trash or terrorize the wildlife.
What application do you use and/or how do you create the great route animation at 8:29 in the video? I love your videos Robert! Thank you for inspiring me!
