I liked the Tlacoyos from the street vendors at el Zocalo - not an establishment so I don't have the name but you'll see them in el Zocalo by the Cathedral. The best esquites I had were in el centro historico as well and also a street vendor so I wouldn't be able to give you a name but the intersection is Calle De Motolinia and 16 de Septiembre. I also had good esquites in Coyoacán. Hope you enjoy the city ᵕ̈
