    Weight gain is from eating processed food and drinking alcohol and no weight training. You need to change your body composition and fuel it properly. Cardio won’t do it. It’s that simple.

      Cardio can reduce the amount of fat - so long as it is the right intensity - about a brisk walk. At this intensity our body draws on fat for energy - at higher intensities it draws on sugar.

    You posted day 1 of the summit, then emoved it soon afterwords. Posted day 2 and day 3. Hundreds of people requested that you post day 1 again. Instead of posting day 1, you removed day 2 and day 3. This is NOT how to win people over and since you are not helping us out by putting up day 1 - 3 again, I want a refund on the summit attendance. Very disappointed and looked forward to attending the classes.
