I was hoping to get a different method than Transform > Stretch to Screen because that is what I am looking to fix. The stretch adds a slight vertical lengthening of things like the hotbar. I have been searching for another method to capture Windowed mode without distorting the game in my recordings. Put a clock (which is a circle) in the inventory and it illustrates the problem. I don't want to use Fullscreen mode so have been looking for a way other than this in Windowed mode.
@@loopkill2 I am coming to the conclusion it is not possible in OBS the way MC Windowed mode works. Trying to record just the 1980x1017 game in 1980x1080 monitor. Fullscreen mode works of course.

You’re welcome. That problem sounds like obs audio track settings not being set right because there should be no problem after converting. Or it could be premiere acting up like usual. You could also try reimporting the video again

Minecraft is suuuuper strange so you can’t look at obs and Minecraft or it messes up the recording if it’s in full screen it’ll be more stable in windowed mode

Thanks. Obs would be the best way to record long lets plays. Depending on the quality setting you can record at you could expect maybe 5-10gbs for 1080p.
Do you have videos about audio? I've noticed in my recording you can hear my keyboard and mouse clicks but I really don't want that in my video! How do I prevent that?

Why is the FPS so low in my video even tho when I was recording it went smoothly? Do I just have a bad pc? Also why does it not let me choose my device when I try to set a webcam? the only option it gives me is "OBS virtual camera" Which is just a blue square
FPS being low in your recordings indicates your settings are too high for your hardware, consider increasing that number under QCP. 20 is a decent starter wouldn’t go higher than 23, if it’s still not good might have to lower your recording resolution, lower QCP is higher quality but if you record at a lower resolution it’d be worth lowering this number.
Get a text to speech website. Put in your text. Either download the voice as an mp3 or just record the screen and extract the audio in an editing software.

what resolution are you trying to record in and what resolution is your monitor

If your gonna play full screen Minecraft try window capture or screen capture

You could use display capture or just not use F11 fullscreen mode or set a hotkey to record when pressed

there is no cqp on x264 and not using x264 causes it to say that i need to update my driver, but when i do it still won't work

You want smaller file size lower the quality of your video in the obs settings. Raise the number of the cqp
Do you need split screen to play full screen or does it record in background as well?
You don’t need split screen. Just set up a hot key in the obs settings for start recording

It wont have your voice in it when watching it in the built in video player but when you throw it in a video editor it should be there
