Jones speaks for itself but the reason I go with Valentina is purely based on how well rounded her skillset is, her flyweight championship run and the fact I thought she beat Amanda twice. The two fights with Amanda were razor close, a lot of people thought Valentina won. The fact that she arguably won those fights, giving up such a size difference makes her, in my opinion, the most skilled female fighter of all time
Anderson Silva is the GOAT in my opinion. I know he stayed active far too long and declined at the end, but he was completely dominant and made it look easy during his prime.
I think the best metric for measuring greatness in the UFC is title defences, since everyone is gameplanning for the champions downfall. But overall I'd have to say GSP is GOAT, due to the level of competition in the WW division at the time and also never popped for PEDs.
