- This is an episode of The Pomp Podcast with host Anthony "Pomp" Pompliano and guest, Robert Kiyosaki, an American businessman and author. Kiyosaki is the founder of Rich Global LLC and the Rich Dad Company, a private financial education company that provides personal finance and business education to people through books and videos. His book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, is the number 1 personal finance book of all time.
In this conversation, Anthony and Robert discuss the current global economy, why the Fed is a cartel, what every individual needs to understand about finance, where you should put your wealth to protect it, why the little guy is going to get screwed in this financial depression, and Robert even shares a number of Vietnam war stories.

RK: speaks
Pomp: desperately tries to save interview
Pomp: What changed your mind over BTC?
Robert: Yes, it's called the price went up!
pretty funny!
LOLL
French Noblewoman to Napoleon: "Your Highness, which nations's army is the best?"
Napoleon: "Those that are victorious, Madame."
I think Robert was excited that Pomp is a fellow veteran. You can tell Robert dropped his filter a bit more than usual. Love it!
cute, but being a government funded stooge for losing wars doesn't qualify you for moral advice
It's the easiest thing in the world to be a keyboard warrior and call people snowflakes and unpatriotic. If you think it's patriotic to get shipped to the other side of the world to obey orders (there's nothing more snowflake'ish than to shut up and get told what to think and do) and kill foreigners, be they Vietnamese or Iraqis, you're fucking insane.
But I see what Robert means. Business is cutthroat, so to be successful, you need the same killer instinct and ruthlessness as you learn in combat
When that phone rang🤣🤣🤣 Robert looked like he was being tracked. Someone found his location
Dylan Dowdy lol
hahahahaha That was funny
He knows he made it and nothing can take him down.

The stock market has proven to be the most feasible amidst other markets. With professional assistance from my fund manager Ronald B. Furey, I’ve been able to acquire ample earnings and knowledge in the course of my investments
For as long as I can remember I’ve procrastinated on my plans to venture into the stock investments, how do you go about your investments with your fund manager?

Pomp this is my favorite interview, not only of yours but of Roberts too. my life changing moment was like yours 20 years ago came reading cashflow quadrant and this version of Kyosaki is my favorite, he just calls a spade a spade , The Best Mate 👍🏽 and to the fuckin Moon !
Lmao Rob has had a little to much Red wine during his quarantine
My dude lit AF 🤣🤣🤣🤣
:)
I like how honest Robert is
Kiyosaki is definitely drunk here. LOL
dannyHODL as faq.
Did he smoke before this interview or is he just getting delirious from the quarantine?
Old age
its his way of dancing around the questions.
Heather 22 Heather we are up almost 24/7 watching the collapse of our economy and country while we are forced to be indoors. Every veteran is up all night. Every trader is up all night. Just like Pomp and I a lot of us are BOTH of those.
We look tired but are more on than ever. Just don’t look good while working 24/7 haha
Botox
FlyHigh407 Asian people don’t need Botox, this is the way brown skin ages
I couldn't tell if Robert was off the rail or if i was on the wrong train.
Vedesh Persaud right?
He's the quintessential boomer
He was more candid than ever ,
He's just high for God knows why. No clear analysis or strategy comes from him.
🤣
Why is there so much hate? I found it to be very insightful. Robert knows his stuff
Very nice interview, loved how u stayed quite and Robert was laughing about his own jokes, and you let the man talk ;)!
Pomp, that was a very good
interview. I enjoyed it very much!
in this article I learned that I’d hate to get stuck talking to robert kiyosaki at a party
The Kiyosaki Effect has replaced the McAfee effect. Kiyosaki for Governor of Hawaii
Coin Dish is vote for him 👍
He hates Hawaii and his family are all university professors, his absolute favorite kind of people.
Thank you for interviewing Robert!
Glad to see Robert is still around and educating folks!
Robert is a BOSS! I always love his thoughts. Thanks for an awesome interview Pomp
You did a good job on this interview Pomp. Great job.
Ive seen prior interviews with Robert and Chamath and its very interesting how low their guards are. Enjoyable interviews.
I love this show!! Thank you guys so much.
Glad you enjoyed it, Amy!
One of the best interviews I have
seen.
Excellent interview , both you guys are highly educational and informative🤙🏽✊🏽cheers and salut!!
Wow, that was so much fun. Thanks pomp. Read rdpd in 2006, inspired me to save, start businesses and have successful career. I agree, its time of BTC, gold and other hard assets.
Love this.. Thank you Pomp for your great contents always.
This is great! Nice to see Robert happy and laughing. It really picks up the energy of the world.
Another solid episode. Thanks Pomp!
Love this podcast, best wishes from Venezuela Pomp.
Like listening to my grandpa and dad talk over coffee and cigarettes. Both of them were marines."You want to jump on other boys? Have a good life" haha
Anthony I’m glad I run in to your channel you ask brilliant questions and you’re thought provocative 👍🏽
Robert does go off topic, true. And the interview was like one of his normal podcasts, always talking about general finance and situations. I think he forgot the true reason why he was asked to do this interview but saying that,Great Video , love Robert and Pomp, and can see why people might not have enjoyed it as much.
💛🧡💙💚 The intro music makes me want to simultaneously do a line of coke and buy more Bitcoin 💛🧡💙💚
Bang Bang
looks like Robert was on the margaritas all day lol
Such a great discussion! Different generations, similar outlooks. It's amazing how so many people don't listen or care to know about any of this. Everyone should share this
Wow wealth of knowledge Robert Kiyosaki #thegoat. Great interview Pomp thanks!
I didn't intend watching the entire video because its so long.
But I honestly couldn't miss a minute of it!
Robert is a funny guy, and he really REALLY does know his shit!!
Best thing I've seen in a long time hands down!, you the man pomp! Respect from NZ ✌️
It's really true, 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' is a classic. It changed my life for the better too. The interesting part about Richard that I'm not sure he recognizes, is that in some ways he did become like his 'poor' father in that he became a teacher. The poor Dad gets a poor rap, but he gifted Richard with that gene/genetic memory. Without that, that book wouldn't have been ever written. It's written like a good lesson would be, repetition of the main points in many different forms, and never boring.
What a completely unvarnished honest interview...no b.s. ty Pomp
“Now he looks like god. I kinda saw the light you know what I mean” 🤣🤣🙏🚀
I fucking love this one Pomp...Both you and Robert are cut from the same cloth as Chris Champion and this one tells it like it is without any bullshit sugar coating...Great one Pomp
my gawd, I love and respect Robert but stay on the topic man! Way to stay patient there Pomp!
This interview is the epitome of the saying "never meet your heroes".
We all feel the pain that comes from being ISOLATED, and that sense that we have just LOST OUR FREEDOM! At least we still have the precious FREEDOM of SPEECH
No we dont. Ask London Real about freedom of speech and freedom of press. It doesn't exist anymore.
Robert's opinion on formal education and teachers smells fowl but also true. I love youtube for many things but I have learned so much from "some" of my professors.
Doing a good job Anthony! Keep it up 👍🏻
TOO BIG TO FAIL= TOO BIG TO JAIL!!!!!!
you ain't wrong
I just logged in to say fantastic interview man. Both of you guys did awesome.
Love your guests lately
Appreciate that. I'm learning a lot from them so hope everyone else is as well
Thanks again Pomp, another fascinating interview
This interview was 🔥🔥🔥
For a while the Main Office of the FED (Federal Reserve) and also the IRS was located in Puerto Rico. Not sure if that is still the case….But anyway, here are the real owners of the FED, many people don`t know:
1.) Rothschild Bank of Berlin.
2.) Warburg Bank of Hamburg.
3.) Warburg Bank of Amsterdam.
4.) Lazard Brothers of Paris.
5.) Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy.
6.) Rothschild Bank of London.
7.) Chase Manhattan bank of New York.
8.) Goldman, Sachs of New York.
9.) Lehman Brothers of New York.
10.) Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York.
Another banger. Pomp you are a legend. Thanks man! For all this info ♥
You got it, Mike! I enjoyed this one
Thank you for making this to happen! Great vid!
Any thoughts on treasury issuing dollars themselves instead of FRS ?
The way the wealthiest invest is ... get insider's info without getting caught. example, talk shop with your buddies from the various legal offices, companies, etc on the golf courses and proceed with investing. Do you people actually think these people actually got their millions and billions from day trading? Do you actually think Warren Buffet became a billionaire b/c he walked the straight and narrow? Don't be an idiot. They have privileged information or aka... insider's knowledge and traded accordingly. Don't waste your time with these interviews.

Well said
Or maybe Buffett sits his ass down and reads the financial reports of companies he invests in. Something very few people do because of pure laziness.
Knowledge Investor, in other words stealth investor are always committed
Robert is a very influential figure and character in the financial world and and financial education field, it is very necessary to restrain the swearing words even though its to express his frustration, conviction and passion.
Amazing! Robert speaks the truth! Love it!
Robert is out here educating the masses with his popped collar golf shirt. If that's not OG I don't know what is. #LifeGoals
Great discussion guys! Read 2 of those 3 books also! A must read!
I'd recommend reading the 3rd. Richest Man in Babylon was my favorite of the three.
Nice! Glad you found it valuable, Kenneth :)
Pomp, I don't know how you did it, but somehow you made it through that interview (or at least the 40 minutes I listened to) and kept this from going off the rails multiple times. This certainly wasn't what I was expecting from Robert Kiyosaki. Dude was on another level, wow 😆😆😂
Thank you posting this amazing video. Thank you once more for serving this community. God bless
Pomp, great job getting these top notch guys on your channel, keep it up!! Good job steering the convo as well haha
Liked it!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s for another all star guest.
This was a treat :) Rich Dad Poor Dad was the first book I read about personal finance along with think and grow rich. And I couldn't be more grateful, I have been implementing things I learned years ago from Robert Kiyosaki and Mike Maloney along with a handful of others. I missed the last recession I haven't miss out on this one so far :)
@Pomp can you start putting time stamp for important part, it will really help if someone wants to watch only that part
Yes we will look into this. I have seen a few folks do it in the comments for past videos too
This is your best episode by far, you guys should get drunk before each episode. 😂😂😂
awesome interviews Pomp , cheers
Glad you enjoyed it!
Robert keeps scratching the surface and repeating himself, give us some real valuable info damit!
There ISN'T a one-size-fits all plan he can give you folks.
Most of what he said IS the "real valuable info". Some of it is literally publicly-accessible documented policy.
If RK rattled off a simple set of steps most of the 'value' would be diminished since many would be able to replicate them. What's important is that people understand the framework/concepts on how the system works and why-mostly due to inaction of the the people he calls "mom & pop".
Once people understand how things work, they can CHOOSE to take the steps that may work best for them (hopefully while keeping the collective in mind).
Nice video Pomp. Rich Dad Poor Dad also changed my mindself! 🚀 #btc
Good interview. Mr. Kiyosaki is not afraid to speak his mind. That is a real man.
Unbelievable podcast. 2 great financial minds. 👍👍👍👍
Thank you guys for this interview! #richdadpoordad
You're welcome, Victor! Thanks for watching it
Well done Pomp ! Thank you !
you got it 👊🏽
Pomp, is there a video where you ever delve more into your experience in the military? I’m curious to hear your views and experience!
Rich Dad Poor Dad is still a book that made the most impact on me.
Robert is so right about education.
Hell! My sergeants continuously hurt my feelings and I was an officer!! lol

Pomp idk if you can see this but your views are picking up in Brazil. Keep up the good work.
Hi Robert, I’m adding a “Sell Gold” tab to my Apple electronic’s buyback site. This is going to get wild!
lol
Outstanding podcast!
Best R. Kyosaki video to date. He’s very well polished everywhere else...great to hear his authentic side.
What are the essential books to read about finance, money, or investments?
Rich Dad, Poor Dad is definitely a great one to start with
@@AnthonyPompliano that's one of the few that I've read. Also think and grow rich. But I'm looking more for a book that goes beyond the financial mindset. Im looking for more of an investment reference guide.. Something thats actionable.
