I really appreciate the way you focus on artists! I feel like I occasionally breeze past artists like this, but now I feel like I want to start collecting their cards!
Klinklang is a pretty cool Pokemon. Big fan of him. He also had a couple of solid cards which made him popular with people who played him back in the day. There's a whole podcast named after him called the Shift Gear Podcast
Love the Whooper/Quagsire promos. I found that Quasgire on the ground outside of Walgreen's and now I have a whole three page Whooper collection! So many whooper cameos in diff cards, very fun mon to collect.
@@christophermccartney7150 love Wooper. Remember the first one I got was the CoroCoro promo, which if my memory serves me right after 25 years, was before we had seen it outside JPN in card or the games. Actually I think that was the very first Wooper.
I got into the hobby in 1999 when I bought some cards for my young nephew and then decided to play the game with him. Got instantly hooked and haven't stopped since. I don't have a particular favourite Pokemon, but I prefer the "mammal based, cute ones".
@saturninebear awesome I got into it in 1999 then left the hobby shortly after and now my children have bought me back. I've always had a soft spot for sycther
Not a big fan of Saboteri, don't dislike him either. Just kinda okay filler for me in a pack generally. His one card I really like is the Terapagos, love the color and detail on that card (and prefer it to the other alt released in Terrastal) Do appreciate the spotlight vid and learning more about the art😊

A good case for some appreciation, but please don't tell me he's your FAVOURITE. Surely Whimsicott beats out some cogs....

Really enjoying the video's. May I ask when you got into the hobby, and what your favorite Pokémon is?
