Thanks for doing my monaro today boys. The drive home was so much fun. It was was everything I wanted to be. Lumpy, angry and heaps of fun. Looking forward to the track days at the island, I absolutely can't wait. Thanks lads. Smiles all round!

Had this camshaft in my vy ss ute manual Same sort of figures. Was a bit of a slug as a daily driver. Threw some 3.9 gears in the diff and changed the car completely.

I am glad to see this as I was interested on the figures of the VCM 710 in an Ls1. You should make a video on BTR vs VCM i would like see how they go up against one another

the problem is I've had workshops charge more than double for parts than what I've been able to source them for.

Everything said here about cam size makes sense. I wonder what size cam they run for people who like all their power in the low to mid range rather than up top.

That vcm otr is great for dyno runs or driving with the bonnet open but when closed they restrict the air flow to much in my opinion .

The duspeed does imo, i lost 3mph, changed between the two one night at the drags. I ended up chopping out the front of the duspeed to get it to flow, got the 3mph back.

What sort of cam would you recommend fora more punchy low-mid range in the LS1? I pretty rarely rev mine out, to be honest.

Hey! ive just seen one of your videos where you do a performance package on the LFW engine for the vf commodore evoke. It looks great and i'm interested in modifying my own evoke however im in NSW. I have looked everywhere and cant find anyone that does performance packages in nsw let alone sydney. Would you be able to direct me to someone that is able to peform these upgrades on the LFW that is sydney based? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
