This Truth is one of the reasons I support. Great Biblical teaching Pastor Matt!
Some of the comments that criticize Matt's preaching and his teaching is ridiculous. There are always the ones who have to insult. And the ones insulting don't have the boldness to do anything for the Kingdom. His teaching may not be accurate about this book and it may be. But one thing Matt is teaching is biblical and the church needs to wake up. Do you not hear what he is really trying to teach? To pursue holiness? To kill sin? To pray and fast and worship? To fill your minds with the things of God? To practice hospitality? Does anyone hear that teaching? Stop putting down his teaching and hear what he is calling us to and go and do that. Because I am sure that all of us need to do a better job of that. Those things are pleasing to God not your ridicule of his judgment on Revelation.
Some people engage on a greater level when they're intellectually active. So someone saying, "that was great, and I disagree on this point," doesn't mean they missed the point.
People just have different personalities and different ways of engaging in the message.
Some people are more moved by prioritizing values and some are more moved by dissecting thoughts. I haven't seen anything out of line in the comments, though I'm two years late

I am absolutely loving this series I agree with 90% of what is being taught which is way more than most ministers out there. I love to hear the truth being taught. The only thing I want to say and it’s not really criticizing, I love what Matt said. However the number of the beast is the the number of a man, or flesh if you will, which is three numbers 600 60 and 6. The meaning of these number is as follows 6 is the weakness of man and the manifestation of sin 60 is pride and 600 is warfare. When these things are present in your life you have no way to buy or sell truth. You have no way to be made free because the truth is the only thing that can make you free.
The timing of this is so 🔥🔥. Perfect timing considering Nike’s Satan shoe drop.

The beast is a man, the second beast is his son.
I get what Chandler is saying in a bunch of this and I have nothing but respect for him. But I have an issue with his stance on the mark of the beast. Revelation 13:16-17 says that without the mark, no one can buy or sell anything. So I don’t believe the people who are not serious about holiness and everything else he lists have the mark of the beast. Also, Revelation 14:9-11 says, generally speaking, that anyone who accepts the mark forfeits their salvation in Christ. Again, I get what he’s saying. But I can’t help but feel those two passages poke holes in his stance.
The pastor is correct when it comes to left/right. The enemy does everything he can do divide us and not focus on Jesus and the Word of God. I also agree that all we can do is pray. This is a spiritual war.
However, I don't agree with the pastor when it comes to the Antichrist. The Bible is clear that there have been many antichrists, but there will be one final Antichrist (1 John 2:18) during the Great Tribulation.
Also, not sure that the mark of the beast is only spiritual. The word "mark" in greek means charagma (G5480). Charagma means "a scratch or etching, that is, stamp". This is physical etching..
The 10 horns is also spoken about throughout the book of Daniel. The 10 horns come from the last world empire. At least four major Scripture passages make a contribution to this subject (Dan 2 : 31-35, 40-45; 7:7-8, 19-24 ; Rev 13:1-2; 17:3, 7, 12-16 ). These passages either directly or by implication prophesy a ten-kingdom confederation which will be an important aspect of the end-time political situation.
The little horn that Daniel sees is the Antichrist, a world leader who rises to power from within a league of ten future kings.
The little horn emerges from the fourth beast, a fact that suggests that, in the end times, there will be a “revival” of the old Roman Empire. This restoration, whatever form it takes, will feature a coalition of ten world leaders. The Antichrist will make his move to the top at the expense of three of those leaders, and he will eventually wield global authority. (Daniel 7:23-25)
“Thus he said:
‘The fourth beast shall be
A fourth kingdom on earth,
Which shall be different from all other kingdoms,
And shall devour the whole earth,
Trample it and break it in pieces.
24 The ten horns are ten kings
Who shall arise from this kingdom.
And another shall rise after them;
He shall be different from the first ones,
And shall subdue three kings.
25 He shall speak pompous words against the Most High,
Shall persecute the saints of the Most High,
And shall intend to change times and law.
Then the saints shall be given into his hand
For a time and times and half a time. (this is 3.5 years; 1260 days)
This little horn (Antichrist) will blaspheme God and persecute God’s people during the tribulation, right up until the second coming of the Lord Jesus
5th seal; Revelation 6:9-11
9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.
At that time, the Antichrist’s “power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever” (Daniel 7:26), and Jesus will establish His millennial kingdom. The reign of the Antichrist is limited: forty-two months, and no more (Revelation 13:5, Daniel 7:25). The little horn will lose his war against God.
The pastor also said there will be no guillotines during the end days. What does scripture say?
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
The word "beheaded" means pelekizō in the greek (G3990). Pelekizō means (an axe); to chop off (the head), that is, truncate: - behead
I'm not trying to preach fear, but truth of what the Bible says. Remember Church what Jesus has told us:
"And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell" (Matthew 10:28)
In my opinion, it seems we are definitely getting close to the end of this age.
The current "false white light" deception we are seeing on the right is integrating new age gnosticism into the gospel (Worldly Duality Dark/Light; Christ Consciousness, Spiritualizing the Bible, etc.)... We are also starting to see these people rising up together to fight "Globalism/One World Government/Great Reset/Deep State/ etc."
You are also seeing the false religions of the world coming together to fight (Pope is calling all religions to come together; Catholicism, Islam, Mormonism, New Age Movement, etc.). Church, these religions believe in a different Jesus! Many Christians are falling for this!! This movement is very deceptive.
The the Harlot spoken of in Revelation 17 is the one world religion that is currently being setup. Throughout the old testament the Harlot was used as a metaphor for false religion. Revelation 17 gives us several characteristics of the one-world religion.
Verses 2-3 describe the harlot as committing adultery with the “kings of the earth,” referring to the false religion’s influence among the world’s rulers and influential people. The reference to being drunk with the wine of her adulteries may refer to those who are drunk with the power they receive from worshiping the false god of the false religion. Satan frequently ensnares those whose lust for power drives them away from the worship of the true and living God.
The alliances forged by the false religion will unite church and state as never before.
Verse 6 describes the harlot as being “drunk with the blood of the saints” and the blood of those who testify of Jesus. Whether they will be martyred at the hand of the Antichrist or by being systematically starved, believers who are on the earth during the tribulation will experience the wrath of the harlot and her power source, the Antichrist. Those who oppose the worldwide religion will be killed, and those who refuse to worship the Antichrist by accepting his mark will be unable to buy and sell, thereby making survival very difficult (Revelation 13:16-17)
Eventually, the harlot will lose favor with the Antichrist, who will want to receive the world’s worship for himself. Once the Antichrist gains the world’s amazed attention by his miraculous return from the dead (Revelation 13:3, 12, 14), he will turn on the false religious system and destroy it, establishing himself as God.
Revelation 17:16
16 And the ten horns which you saw on the beast, these will hate the harlot, make her desolate and naked, eat her flesh and burn her with fire.
The deception, Jesus tells us, will be so great that, if it were possible, even the elect would fall for it (Matthew 24:24).
Remember Church
That God say's there will be a great apostasy (falling away) prior to the return of Jesus.
2 Thes 2: 1-12
2 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.
3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition (this is the Antichrist)
4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders,
10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
I pray that everyone that reads this gets into the Word of God and pray that we won't be deceived and be one of the ones that fall away.
Revelation 3:10-11
10 Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. 11 Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.
"Keep you from the hour of trial" does not mean we will be raptured prior to the tribulation. This means that we will not be blinded and deceived from the enemy throughout the final Great Tribulation.
Ephesians 6:10-20
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
I always here confess your sin, but who do I confess to?
Confess to a close friend or someone you feel safe with like a brother or sister in Christ. Community is important ❤️

Proabbly the biggest thing that bothers me about this video is the fact that the camera guy isn't getting enough room above Matts head. Guy needs to get a wider lens.

If we are raptured before the trib, then why explain what you think the mark is? We're not supposed to be here with this view. And saying that some are already wearing it doesn't make sense at all. Those that take the mark can't be saved at all.
The reason it does not make sense is because it is nonsense. Go through my chnnel, especially the dispensationalism vs. partial preterism video.

What if we aren't raptured before the trib? What if there is nothing after the rapture except victory and a new earth? Go study amillenialism which has been the primary understanding of eschatology of a large part of the church for two thousand years. It may be correct, but then again it may not be. Some things are still mysterious and we need to have grace around those thing that are not essential - The plain things are the main things and the main things are the plain things.
As to the mark: Note that Revelation 9:4 speaks about the mark of God but no one remembers that verse when talking about tattoos, injections, etc with regard to the mark of the beast. Everything Satan does is a mimicry of what God has already done.
This is reflective of the old testament passages regarding the sons of God and the sons of man and Jesus' teachings on sheep and goats. This is why Chandler is saying that some of his listeners are living like they are marked by Satan, not by God.

@@Beleeuer I am not sure. However, most calvanists dont follow that eschatology.
An important thing to remember about the Bible is that it's not about us. So even if we're raptured, we still must know the Bible. There's a lot of people who say "Why would I read Revelation if we're raptured?" and the Bible isn't about you. It's about God's Holiness. God's love. God's mercy. God's wrath. Not us.
