Hi. I am from Kenya. an agency has gotten a factory job for my brother in law there in Turkey. how much Kenya shillings he is gonna be paid. will it sustain him there and save a little. is worthy for him to come there to work in a factory if he is a graduate from universirty with a degree

It's not worth it,prices of stuff have gone up due to inflation. The factory jobs don't pay that much.
