i think this is really helpful sissy for those who have problem in doing such exercise that may hurt their back, well done in demonstrating all of these things really helpful and easy to follow too
I had no clue that shoulder plates could miss align. Crazy thing I learned today. It’s good to know there’s an exercise you can do to fix this possibly.
Colorado Fisher yes , and I have seen it more and more now due to sedentary lifestyle with poor neck and thoracic posture . Because of your very active lifestyle you have amazing posture . You also keep your muscles moving and your spine and nerves are very healthy .
Shoulder pushups look pretty intense but feels rewarding. I love it how your dog is chewing on his toy the whole time. He really loves that thing haha.
Colorado Fisher lol 😂 yes he loves it ❤️😘😂 yes he shoulder push up is great to mobilize your scapula . If you have some aches and pain after fishing trip on your shoulder blades , try the shoulder push ups.
Lord please answer, I have seeing pt she said I have winged scapula I'm doing everything's has recommended but my rhomboid is where I only feel pain should I be concerned??? 1 spot on my back only.
ahappyimago I will do the gentle progression for my next video and hoping these exercises will help you , try gentle neck strengthening as well ruclips.net/video/4NRoqFzmyPI/видео.html with the elastic band to support your weak neck muscles as you described earlier that you usually feel neck pain after doing the neck stretching and pain starts sometime a few days after . Let me know how it goes after the strengthening isometric with elastic band .
maam may I just ask how long it takes to fix scapular winging? I’ve been working with mine for a month and half now due to an injury caused by impingement because of the winging. It’s truly debilitating, I feel like i’m doing something wrong

When I stretch my neck I always end up with neck pain/pulled neck. Not during the stretching but sometime during that week
