Nothingness (no self image, no thoughts) is really peaceful and joyous, seems to me. I mean, what a relief to not have the mental expenditure of trying to becoming somebody. That being said, I wonder if the seemingly frustrated tone in this video is because the mind has realized its own emptiness but hasn't yet returned to its origin, which is the heart. There is an innocence and happiness in the heart that is foreign to the mind... even to the empty mind. Simple joy, like a baby or a dog. Total vulnerability and softness, femininity.
