- The POISON Build Is REAL HELL In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
Xenoverse 2 doesn't have a lot of build freedom since it's moves are so limiting in their gameplay and the majority of super souls play the same except for the rare poison effective moves that can deal damage to the enemy over time, it's unfortunate there is no poison damage boosting super soul or a soul that poisons the enemy after a certain amount of time but I do my best with the very narrow freedom you can get to make builds in this game.

It’s as bad as going from GOW 5 to 4, the lil bro doesn’t shoot enemies down preventing their glow up in 4, and I keep getting absolutely robbed in XV

I love how innocence bullet just does a shiton of damage for like no reason.
Also the slow debuff is such a detriment because it slows *everything* down. Even your move animation speed and transformation speed.

i unironically use the Kieeeee! Super soul because of it, also the paralyze kiblast is actually not bad for making combos

@@stuartthesaiyan8161 yea, noticed that slower characters had an issue with how fast they block. Furthermore, the slow debuff can be stacked twice.
Instead of using after image as your counter, you can use super afterimage, if you teleport through the person then it cancels immediately, gives you the same I frames, works whether they hit you or not and doesn’t fail because of net code.
Should have used golden form for its charged ki blast to land poison from the super soul
As a frieza race main I'm glad u understand my pain. Their attack combos dont work well online and they dont have a trustworthy stamina break at all. Crazy its been like that since the game came out and bandai still hasnt done anything to revive the race
I understand this pain as well, they are my favorite to play as but you pretty much almost have a disadvantage against every other race. Poor Frieza race, man.
I love frieza race characters, despite my main being a male earthling (not for cheese reasons I don't even play pvp) and I hate how they don't have a stamina break. I think the reason that they don't have a stamina break is because you're supposed to use frieza moves to combo into it. The devs are on crack.

@@DefinitelyFroggyDioBrandothey do. Press Y two times and the do the light stamina break. The problem is getting to the point where you can do that. Those two hits are only at the beginning of the Y combo so it sucks, but one perfect block into will work, if the perfect block doesn’t break the opponents stamina and if you can remember to do it

I said it before and I'll say it again: Limit Bursts would be more bearable if they couldn't be used while you're in hit stun. Breaking someone's stamina but them getting off scot-free with just the press of a button is _not_ fun to deal with. Bandai really dropped the ball with that feature.

Because the way the devs have it " implemented " shouldn't exist. It's pretty much 0 risk 0 stamina use evasive. In any other fighter, a cancel like that has a massive risk, but there's none for canceling in xeno, and you get everything especially if it hits ur opponent b e h i n d you.
I hold the sign high abive my head that ki canceling is a bug and the devs just don't want to find a patch for it

I used the frost SS that deals more damage to poisoned opponents and poisons opponents on charged hits. Secret poison hits super hard with this on. Also meteor blow into Guldo's ult is deadly with this ss.

It's been a long time since I played Xenoverse 2 the last time I really played the game was when custom mentors for the dlc characters came out then promptly dropped the game after I saw how even more broken it made pvp. I'm glad to see nothing has changed since I last played!

I've been having fun playing android 16 recently. I don't know if I'm just seeing things, but I swear rocket tackle does more damage on a hard knockdown. I've been doing meteor strike -> rocket tackle.
Also, I've been baiting people on a knock back -> hell's flash (on the ground). they're going to stamina break you(via the burst dash), but they'll get hit with the ult.
That SS's name reminds me of Mitten Squad's phrase: The real game can begin.
The frost super soul is also amazing especially on a female saiyan cuz all you gotta do to activate it is a charged hit and if your transformed you will teleport to your opponent

I heard that man, picked it back up recently and one of the worst things i ever did . At least gettin to whoop some spammers helps ease that pain 😂

Probably would have been better to run "My underhanded techniques are my most effective ones". Sure, you wouldn't get the range or slow effect, but at least it boosts your attacks on poisoned opponents instead of just lowering your attack permanently...

frieza race with golden form is literally unmatched in ki blast damage with the right build and super soul you can one shot most enemies with one ult

You should do a full kaioken transformation build
There is a Frost supersoul that poisons your opponent if you hit them with a charged strike! And it gives you a buff for all attacks (M) toward poisoned opponents
You should play frost. He is hella underrated and just plain fun

You know the classics like kaioken assault, kamehameha, 4x and 20x.
Also use the actual kaioken transformation.

steed your opinion on frieza race not being intimidating is unfounded. you nearly haven't seen the power of a strike frieza race. I would know. I've given every player in ps4 EU nightmares with them (also frieza race have a stamina break. It's Y, X, Y, charged paralyze ki blast, and light stamina break).
I honestly believe that most of these players left in xenoverse are just clones of Eis Shenron. They don't care about how they fight as long as they win.

Devs be like: Let's give Freiza and Cooler actual combos that work, back hits, and stamina breaks. Also, Devs: Freiza CACs? Yes.
Give it enough time and someone may turn this build into the chesse touch build.
It’s already is, flying nimbus + I’m neither kami nor picollo super soul + gum gum + secret poison = ultimate cheese
@@Tropical-Bello SS only works with max stam + hm ss is better, gum gum is punishable on whiff, s poisons actual poison isn't that good, and you're never getting nimbus off
@@NonSoSmartPerson nimbus is easy to get off with gum gum and you regain stamina while on the flying nimbus. Also hmm hmm hmm super soul needs a pose to be activated and you can’t maintain that on the flying nimbus so the Im neither kami nor piccolo ss is the better option

I’ve ran into that Demonboi02 guy and he would just play as cowardly as possible, we did a first to 5 and he got salty and tried to add wins to his side when he lost 😭😭
For a poison build in this game, I expected to see Frost’s super soul which boosts the damage dealt to poisoned opponents. Good video Steed. Keep it up!

As a Frieza race main, having no stamina break, unless the opponent messes up an ultimate, sucks. Kinda glad you got to experience this pain.
In my opinion frieza races are the most fun races to play as, but needing beast for a stam break is def not fun

I really wanna like Frieza race CaCs, but they just feel so half-baked. So few combos connect and they get so screwed by the netcode
100% disagree, u have not played frieza race enough, all there combo strings are follow ups and everything lands, never had an issue, frieza races are broken, u just have to learn
