    I think there is an error in your video. While doing connections of rc joysticks, you mentioned yellow wires are ground wires. but ground wires are the black ones which then joined together of both potentiometers. But the signal wires(yellow ones) aren't joined obv. so is it true?

    • @AKElectroDIY
      @AKElectroDIY  8 часов назад

      Actually I did wrong connections at first. I thought that yellow ones are signal and black ones are ground. That's what I showed in the video.
      But after completing the project, it was not working properly. Then I discovered that the wires were not coloured correctly. The yellow ones were actually the ground and the black ones were the signal wires.

    Can we connect this controller to pc to practice in a simulator

    • @AKElectroDIY
      @AKElectroDIY  2 месяца назад

      @@abdullahazam5124 Hello there.
      We can connect this controller to PC to practice in a simulator. But not with this microcontroller. You see, the arduino uno and arduino nano have the atmega328 chip. And this chip does not supports HID(Human Interface Device).
      (HID refers to devices that enable interaction between humans and computers. Keyboards, mice, and game controllers are common examples)
      On the other hand, The arduino pro micro has an atmega32u4 chip that supports HID capabilities. So the conclusion is, you can use an arduino pro micro to connect this transmitter to the computer to act as a joystick controller for practicing on a simulator.

      If you are talking that in general how much voltage we can give to them, it does not have any general input voltage specification. They can operate on any voltage.
      As for this project, I am providing the Potentiometer and toggle switch 5 volts each to operate them for this project.
      And I just used a 680r resistor in series with an LED. The LED is just to indicate that the transmitter is ON or OFF. I used the resistor to limit the input voltage to LED (in this case, 8 volts) so that the LED does not get over volt.

    • @AKElectroDIY
      @AKElectroDIY  3 месяца назад

      @@TechieDudes I'm glad you liked the video.
      First of all, you should make sure whether the 180 dc motors have enough thrust to lift the drone. As for a good drone, the thrust shall be about 2 times its total weight.
      Next, you're asking for electronics components. You can select them according to your requirements. As for a drone, the nrf module without antenna gives a really short range. I mean it can work without any problem. But if you want to fly your drone at a longer distance or more height, you should get an nrf module with antenna.
      And for the gyro, the one that can be easily used with arduino and its source codes are availabe easily, is the MPU6050. I have personally made a drone using that gyro module. And it has great stability.
      For more information about your drone project, you can get the ideas from a video by "Max Imagination"
